Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 6 hours of house cleaning for $79. They sent a crew of 3 people which allowed them to work efficiently and get my 6 hours of cleaning done in 2, freeing up my day more.I only wanted them to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen because I know my house is too large to complete much else in that amount of time and they were fine with that. They did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: This provider did an adequate job doing a general cleaning of my home. I would have liked for them to be a little more detail oriented, for example: a window blind was only cleaned 2/3 of the way, light plates not wiped clean, scouring pad used on non-stick stove-top griddle. Overall I was satisfied for the price, just check before they leave and be sure to tell them about sensitive or fragile areas/items so they are cleaned appropriately. They were very polite and were happy to use my own cleaning products when requested.

Description of Work: They do the best job cleaning of anyone we have ever employed to clean our house, ever. The problem was that I tried repeatedly to schedule them for a specific time bi-monthly to come in and clean, and they never seemed to understand that. The language barrier was a real problem. They were constantly calling me to confirm, and never could just put me in repeatedly as a scheduled clean. Drove me crazy. I just wanted them to come every other Friday morning, and they never did such. Also, they just didn't show up at all once, and they came really late at least twice. Finally, I cannot confirm this, but I had a fit bit in my kitchen that just happened to disappear after one cleaning, so I am suspicious that it may have ended up with one of the employees. The head guy was wonderful. He was very kind, and tried to be accommodating. Their prices were a little steep, which may be due to the fact that they are coming from Yadkinville, but the cleaning job they did was amazing, so I didn't have a problem paying it.
