My experience with them was okay. It seems like they had a lot of work to do, with not a whole lot of time. I would have rather that they did less work and did a more thorough job than what they did. They left a lot of dirt on the countertops. I have granite countertops, and it's hard to see dirt on it, unless you run your hand through it. I don't think they paid that much attention to it. It was still dirty. One of the things I really wanted them to do is clean the refrigerator and they didn't do it. They did an okay job. They didn't do an outstanding job, by any stretch of imagination. I like when people go above and beyond what's expected.

I initially rated La Cenicienta much lower due to a communication error that resulted in a missed appointment. However, upon learning of the issue La Cenicienta was quick to reach out and correct the issue. The supervisor was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their services. The second time around I had no issue! I was very pleased with their customer service. I will be using La Cenicienta again in the future!

I purchased 8 hours of deep house cleaning, and overall they did a good job. Part of the Big Deal was that they cleaned both the inside of my stove and my fridge, which was awesome. I would have given them an A rating, but they did not dust my small picture frames that were hanging on the wall, and they didn't dust the white crown molding in my bathroom. I had them clean approximately 1000 feet in my 2000 square foot house, (small kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, family room and library). 3 people working 2.5 hours each in that small area should have been able to do a better job dusting. They were very professional and nice and I would use them again.

Outstanding company. Very professional. Contacted us shortly after we had agreed to take the special deal offered through Angie's List. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and started to work immediately. We are very pleased with the result. We can only describe it as "the whole house sparkles!'. The crew went above and beyond what was expected and spent extra time because of the size of our house. We will definitely call them in the future.

They were excellent, stayed an extra hour and didn't even charge me for it, cleaned up really well, didn't make a mess cleaning up a mess.

If you are looking for a true top to bottom cleaning by professionals this is the company to use. Their attention to detail was truly a sight to behold. They arrived on time with all the necessary material for the job. My wife could not be happier and I can strongly recomend this company.

Mario and his team did an excellent job! They were all pleasant, professional and very hardworking. They took great care with our new carpets and our property in general. We will definitely use them again and we would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to others. Our windows look fabulous! Many thanks to all of them.

They were very prompt, professional, polite and worked quickly. They came recommended by a coworker. The main gentleman that was in charge was very courteous, and meticulous. The only concern that I had was in not checking over things before they were done as one of the main things that I requested was to have all the workwork dusted. One of the dressers was not dusted at all, and the wood in the master bath was not either. As well the tile around the tub was not cleaned and I ended up doing it myself. The kitchen area was done very thoroughly by the main person, but then again that was the area that I was closest to the entire time. I would still utilize the company but would be more specific on what all I definitely wanted done in the amount of time that is allotted for the job; to have prioritized my list better.

They were on time and very courteous. They went right to work and did not stop until the work was done. Both rooms look great now. We are strongly considering their monthly package for cleaning.

For the most part it went well. It was nice to have cleaned out kitchen appliances and scrubbed down bathrooms and floors. It was also nice to have the blinds cleaned off, at least until the blinds were damaged on one window. I contacted the company through Angie's List but did not receive a response. I included the details, and the pictures and a offer to work out some resolution. Whether or not they missed the message through Angie's List or ignored it, I do not know. But, with broken blinds and no response, I must give a rating of an F. I have received a response from the company now and will update rating appropriately if the issue is resolved. One other minor note, we were not able to get a time committed until the day before. As far as time commitment, given that they spend an exact amount of time doing the cleaning, it would be nice for planning if there was a little more advance notice of when the service would occur.

On the first scheduled appointment they no called no showed. Rescheduled appointment they made, and did a great job.

They were very professional, and did a great job on my window cleaning.

I could not have been more satisfied. A team of three arrived on time. They went the extra mile on each window, some of which were awkward to reach. They cleaned repeatedly until they were satisfied with the results. Before leaving, they vacuumed all the hardwood floors. I will definitely use this service again!!

I did speak on the phone with them today and got the address and phone issues worked out an am planning to use them in the future.

Purchased a big deal through Angie's List. The only negative is that we were drawn to the company because their website said they used eco-friendly products, but they are not products we would normal use because of our cats. Just normal products from what I saw. While there was a heavy cleaning smell while they were cleaning, by the time they left the house there was no longer a scent, just clean smelling. Just to be safe, I did go over some areas with a damp cloth, but i believe they may have already done that since I could not smell the cleaners. Overall we were very pleased with the results and how efficiently the team worked. The crew arrived on time ready to work, and had a great system to ensure no misses. We plan on using the company again for their whole house deep clean quarterly. Even without the Angie's List discount price, the price is fair for the work. Everyday cleaning is easy to keep up with, but it was nice to have someone do the deeper more time consuming stuff like cleaning the oven, baseboards, mini blinds, and ceiling fans. It was also a great feeling to have the entire house clean! Normally we have to divide up the big projects and the house is never fully clean.

Not too bad except they didn't call to confirm even if the cleaning was scheduled months in advance. I realized the day before they were coming but that day didn't work for me. I called them and they were reluctant but did reschedule so I guess I shouldn't complain too much. They didn't confirm the next time around either. I'd say it was decent service and great price overall.

I had trouble with the booking, apparently the link through Angie's List was having a communication problem. However, the cleaning crew was efficient and experienced. This home was cleaner than when we moved in, and I would recommend the service. Just be sure to call them if you don't receive a message back through Angie's List, as they might not have gotten your request.

Responded via email and said they would be there - but didn't say which of my 3 choices of times they were available. I clarified and 3 people showed. My reason for a cleaning was for guest visit and to catch up as I was dealing with a sick family member. As a frame of reference, our house has all hardwood except for master bedroom. I am not a person with expensive stuff everywhere that needs special handling and I certainly am not meticulous about our home given that I have pets and 3 teenagers. It is only 1700 s/f. total - 2 bathrooms (1 is 6x10 so shower/toilet/half vanity - all surfaces cleared ahead of time. 1 is 6x6 - shower stall/toilet/vanity so they are tiny and were both totally cleared so that surfaces could be cleaned) We have 3 bedrooms - one used 8 times a month by step daughter visiting. 1 bedroom/ office. Office items were all put away into an armoire unit. There simply was not stuff "out". My couch does get furred by dogs but as I recall they did a "light sweep" on that but I could be remembering wrong. As far as particular guidance - all they were asked to do in my son's was clean the floor which had been cleared to be cleaned. I have 2 dogs who do shed but with hardwood, it is easy to sweep/vacuum it up. I am a professional organizer and have minimal shelves with decorative items, etc. There were 4 bookshelves total in all my house full with books and perhaps 1 shelf on each with frames so it takes less than 2 minutes to wipe them down. When I clean start to finish in my house, it takes about 2 hours not including mopping floor. The kitchen and baths were my primary reason for cleaning. I declined to have them do the fridge or our self cleaning oven as neither needed attention. It is all pretty straight forward and as I said, i had cleared the decks so that they could clean immediately. I had house guests coming the next week. After 3 people there for 3 hours they said they were done and said they had to leave for their next client. 9 man hours??? They were out the door. As I started to walk around, I noticed so many things they had not done - they didn't wipe down the counter in the hall bath - it's black and had white toothpaste on it. The bathroom floor was still covered with dust from where I drilled in 2 picture anchors and I had told them ahead of time what it was on the floor. 2 anchors is not much dust but it was obvious they did not clean. The mantle was not dusted. They had refused to clean one corner unit that had a lot of stuffed animals and frames, etc. on it. The stainless toaster was covered in fingerprints (something another cleaning service in California said was often how to tell the good from the lousy). The area under the separate toaster oven was covered in crumbs. The cabinets and glass fronts on 3 small upper cabinets still had marks from Coke from when my son had a can spray. The bedroom bookcases are black and it was obvious where they had wiped part of shelf but not all the shelf. Little things are no big deal but every room had issues so I contacted him immediately (within the hour). He said they couldn't come back but he would call me to come back and look at things. After several attempts to contact him via text/email with no response and AFTER my guests had come and gone, they came back 3 weeks later. When I pointed things out, they said of course they were dirty again because it was 3 weeks later! I explained I had guests and wasn't going to leave it as it was and had tried repeatedly to get them back but they were "too booked". I get their point but I could only leave the floor dust and the fingerprinted toaster to "show" them as proof as well as the sprayed cabinets. I not touched the toaster on purpose because he said the cleaner insisted she had cleaned the black toaster (it was stainless-not black). He argued that they don't do inside toaster oven -my point was under toaster oven was not clean not inside. He was speaking to his staff in Spanish. I understand some Spanish but not all of what they said so I don't want to presume I understood completely but I'm not a fan of feeling like any conversation is being "hidden" by a foreign language especially when I'm trying to get things corrected. After he talked to them in Spanish, one woman started speaking to me in English so I knew she understood English. Overall, the tone from both of them was very annoyed with me for pointing out what was missed. To "fix it", they wiped the toaster, the dust on the floor with a wet wipe and only in the area where I pointed out (whole floor is 6x3) and wiped the glass cabinets - not all the cabinets. So basically I had to stand and point to each spot and have them clean then go to the next - that was such a ridiculous encounter. I could have done it all myself and yet, after being avoided for long, I was going to call them out. Other companies I have worked with in other states would have either been back immediately or with a day or so to address what was missed, some have offered a free cleaning or at least re-cleaned the entire room surface being addressed if there is a problem. They were only wiping a spot, a section, the exact part I pointed out. It's not like I asked them to reclean the house for one candy wrapper. There were multiple problems in multiple rooms. I took a half day off work for that bad of a job and more time to chase them down and more time to get their attitude? When I asked about his policy of "staying as long as it takes" and why they left, he said he has a schedule to keep so he can't do that. I understand that houses have various challenges of dirtiness (I'm in hoarding situations at times so I knowwwwww.) but he needs to either omit that from his advertising listing or preview the home or block time to address missed items or.... do it right to begin with! For comparison, the independent lady I now use does the entire house including removing items off shelves to dust in 2-3 hours including the floor and has not missed anything. My only thing I could possibly point out was that one time a Windex bottle was left on counter which is NOT something I would ever care about. When you get your house cleaned, you want it to be clean, not require a second visit, a nasty attitude and a lot of excuses and delays. This company is NOT - professional or thorough. Try someone else and... always ask for insurance in case of breakage/theft which were the reason my previous cleaners did not work out. (Can you tell my fathers business was insurance! LOL!)

The company is unreliable. They basically show up if and when they want to work. Adan pretends that he is setting the appointments in his tablet, but he can't keep track of where he is supposed to be and does not call to tell you that something has changed. Also, during the deep clean, one of the workers tried to clean my self-cleaning oven and I couldn't get the oven door to unlock after the clean, resulting in an appliance repairman charge of over $140.00 It has been 2 days since they were supposed to clean. After several calls, I still haven't heard anything from the company. Total waste of time, effort, and money.

Scheduling was super easy, came the next day to perform the services. Services were performed as expected for a good price. Left a closet door off the track, but it was not a big deal.

Service brought in 3 people to do the house work. An accidental damage was done to a window blind and the people insisted on getting an invoice to replace the damaged item. People were friendly and timely.
