It went very well. I am in Charlotte. I was scheduled for 8:30 am. However, my power went out the night before. It was cold in my house as well. One of the owners came with a crew but they couldn't do it because of the power outage. I expected it to be on before they came because DE gave me a 2:30 am restore time. I called before they arrived but they didn't get the message in time. I was having a very large number of friends (maybe 60) over for dinner in two days. My house was yucky. They already went out of their way for me to schedule it in such short notice. Yet the owner told me he would tried to come back and he did. Yippee! When he came back, about 3 or 4:00 pm, I was just getting home from dropping my children at my mother's because the house was getting too cold. The power was on and he and three ladies did a fabulous job cleaning. I highly recommend this company. I left them in my house alone because I now had to go back to get my children. They stayed until late cleaning. They did very well with my kitchen which was a disaster zone at that point. They offered to clean refrigerator but I declined because my food had already been warm due to the power outage. The cabinets were shining. You have to call this company! They are trustworthy and they do come to Charlotte.

We purchased the Deep Housecleaning Big Deal from La Cenicienta Cleaning Services. We were very pleased! Three employees of the company arrived within the window of time promised. They were very professional and quickly got to work. About an hour later the manager/owner, Adan Ramos, arrived. He checked on progress and then joined the crew. The team worked together well. All together they were here for about 2 ½ hours. We got to see their professionalism in action when during the dusting of an older ceiling fan one of the blades fell off. They tried to repair it but the fan was just too old. Adan Ramos offered to purchase a new blade and repair it but we knew that the fan overall was overdue for replacement. We purchased a new fan that day and later that evening he came and installed it for us. He did an excellent job and made a very positive impression on my husband and son who assisted him.

It was good. I think just answering e-mails quicker would have been better.

I purchased a big deal on angies list for a deep house cleaning including oven and refridgerator. We recently had a baby, so many cleaning fell a it behind and we needed a catch up. The crew did a great job. The crew worked very efficiently and got the whole house clean in a few hours. It was nice to be able to start over with a clean slate. Instructions of areas to avoid were followed and overall I am very satisfied with the service and quality of work.

regular house cleaning. Overall I was very satisfied with the work done. I was not expected the house to be so clean in such a short amount of time. Blinds were dusted in addition to regular cleaning. Floors were not as clean as I had hoped and scent of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming compared to past visits. Unfortunately weather prevented me from opening the windows to air it out a bit. I had to go over everything with water to reduce the scent and to clean the sticky floors. I would still use the company again, but I would see what could be done to prevent the issues we had on this visit. Company has always had amazing customer service and the quality of work is usually top notch.

We scheduled. 3 cleaners on time and finished in 4 hours.

Good team came and went through the house in preparation for it to be photographed. Did a great job, really fast.

Not all was done as discussed on the 1st and 2nd cleaning. They were called back after the 1st but not the 2nd. What they did do was good. I just expect more than what I can do when doing my own cleaning. Although it wasn't right for me doesn't mean it won't be right for someone else.

The service was less than favorable. It was fine. They just took a long time and did not get nearly as much done as I thought they would get done in that time frame. That was the primary thing. They sent out two workers and did two workers for four hours. The price was fine.

Adan was extremely nice and professional; however the crew he sent (which he said at one point may have been his Aunt because his crew was so busy) - they did a horrible job. They were never there at the time they said they would be - extremely late. Then, it was a "swipe and wipe" through the middle of things, and the dust on the bottom of the furniture and in the corners of the bathroom floors remained when they were gone. I explained how long my home takes (large 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath), and according to my son who was home from college, they stood in my kitchen a lot talking. I felt sorry for Adan because he seemed so nice and is so busy, and wanted to make things right, so they came back. The second time they came back was not much better. The dirt and dust was still thick in the corners of all of my bathroom floors, and the bases of all toilets were left filthy - for the second time. I believe some of his people may be good, as they do clean for a friend of mine (which is where I got the referral). Adan is very nice, but I believe he is just too busy at this point to send any of his good cleaners to anyone else, and so therefore I would caution you - you might not be getting the best cleaning people here. I signed onto Angie's List to find a better crew, and frankly am surprised to see them on here with good reviews. Both of my experiences were horrible.

There were initial problems with my purchase but I understand those were a result of miscommunication between the cleaning service and the Angie's List representative regarding coverage areas. And, although I wasn't anywhere near their coverage area the company still made the trip to perform the services I purchased which was very admirable! After several conversations, my service was scheduled for 10/30 at 9:00 am. Several days prior to the 30th I was contacted by the company and told that due to my location the arrival time would actually be between 1:00 and 2:00 pm on the 30th. This time wasn't a problem and I returned the call confirming my acceptance of that time. On Friday morning, 10/30 however, I was about to leave for work at approximately 8:10 and saw a car sitting in my driveway. I approached the car to find it was the cleaners. I asked why they had arrived so early but the gentleman said my appointment was at 9:00. I explained the call I received to reschedule but told them it was fine for them to clean at 9:00 but they would have to come back in 45 minutes because both of my daughters were inside dressing for work. They left, returned 45 minutes later and began cleaning. They cleaned baseboards, blinds and did overall basic cleaning services. The work completed was good.

The services provided met my expectations and I would use La Cenicienta again.

Arrived at scheduled time. Very pleasant and efficient. I showed them what my main issues were and the went above and beyond that in cleaning. I was extremely pleased with their services as I have an arthritic problem and have trouble doing things that need to be done in a timely manner, and just give up trying to do it myself. La Cenicienta came in and cleaned blinds, floors, kitchen, knick knacks, dusted, cleaned windows, bathroom, replaced lights where needed, table tops, inside doors were cleaned. I was just amazed at how thorough they were and very professional. Will hire them again when I can.

The team of three was polite, punctual and listened attentively to my description of my cleaning needs. They worked quickly and dilligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The house sparkled (even the inside of appliances). I will be using this again in the future.

Their service was fair. I did not spend more than the $179 Big Deal. Their deep cleaning was somewhat of a farce. They did kind of cursory cleaning of numerous things. They did clean out the refrigerator which we have not got around of doing. They used something on the floor that we did not want them to use, but they did not ask first. My wife had asked them. We did not want Murphy’s oil soap on our hardwood floors and my wife had discussed that with them on the phone, but they turned around and used Murphy’s oil soap. Now, the negative consequence to it is that we have been told that that is not the best thing to use for hardwood floors. The work was average. I would not say that they did any super-duper job and they did not do a bad job. I guess my concept of deep cleaning is different than theirs. Our interaction with them was fine, only one of them spoke English. When they do not speak English, it is kind of hard to communicate because I do not speak Spanish. It seems to me they were a little late. They were quite professional.

From the moment Mario and his team arrived (very prompt!), they were both professional and thorough! I was a little hesitant to contact them as I had experience in the past with "deep cleaning" which was very limited in the offer. However When Mario arrived he did a walk through and got started right away from top to bottom! He and his team were not only detailed but worked very thorough and diligently. They made sure everything was done as mentioned prior to their leaving. I.would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT service!

The company was very good at scheduling the cleaning around my work schedule. The 3 person team arrived promptly, they were very professional and asked specifically what I wanted. They started working immediately and did not stop until the task was completed, which was well over 3 hours. They did a wonderful job and my house looked greatl. I was very pleased with their performance and would highly recommend them.

Sarai and I had to work together to find a good time to schedule the cleaning but she was very helpful and flexible in that regard. My schedule is very difficult to work with but she managed to do it. She was very easy to work with by phone. Because I wouldn't be able to be home in person to meet and go over details with her crew (my husband was present instead) I made a list of everything that I was hoping could be completed. When I got home, my husband told me that the crew worked the entire time (3 people at 2 hours and 40 minutes per person). I was skeptical because I hadn't been home to watch the process but the crew did a fantastic job. I instantly checked the nooks and crannies that everybody forgets about...baseboards, crown moulding, the top edge of the fiberglass shower enclosure...you name it, it was clean. And while I don't have time to clean all the picky things myself, mark my words I know what clean is and I notice if is has been done well. It absolutely was. My husband reported that the crew was prompt and professional and I am without a doubt pleased with the results. I'm so happy that I am considering a regular appointment. Arrived promptly; professional, courteous & friendly folks. Got started straight away and worked hard until the job was finished. My house looked and smelled clean and I was very happy with the services performed. I am interested in setting up a monthly "light" cleaning service with these folks as well. I would highly recommend them. I was very pleased.

This was a very good Angieslist Deal! A three-person team came to my house on time and after I told them what all I wanted them to do, they very quickly divided into separate rooms and started working. The deal was for 8 hours of deep cleaning, so they were there about 2 hours and 40 minutes (maybe a little more). They did a very thorough cleaning, got through the list I gave them and then some. The person cleaning my kitchen did an exceptionally good job, cleaning inside my microwave and even my toaster oven (which totally surprised me). They used cleaners that left the house smelling really nice, too -- which I think is a very nice touch. I've tried several cleaning companies now, and this one is right up there at the top of my list. One more thing worth mentioning is how they worked hard to accommodate my schedule. At first, they weren't able to make it over as soon as I'd hoped. When I expressed that to them, they found a way to work me into their schedule when I needed them to be there. Impressive, considering the long distance they had to drive to get to my house. The owners were very courteous and a joy to talk to and do business with. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

The cleaning team did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were professional, and they worked very hard for about 3 hrs (9hrs total for team of 3). Our home looked like new again!
