Description of Work: I used Angie's list to help see if I could get 3 hrs of housekeeping service for floors and 1.5 bathrooms. Angie's list screened businesses that could come with one days notice Yes, I called the day before but if La Cenecentia didn't want the business they shouldn't have called me. We agreed on 2:00 PM. Apparently 3 hrs is 3 hrs or 2 people for 1.5 hrs-whatever. At 2:45 I called and was told they were running late,it's raining,you're next.I actually interrupted Ramos to request to "tell me what time to expect you." I also stated I should have been called by them in advance of their 2:00 No Show. The new time was 3:30. At 4:30 I again called them and cancelled.Oh,they are 15 minutes away.When can we reschedule you next? I said maybe in a month but I really don't think I want to give them my business. 4:45 and and I did my own house work- carpets are vacuumed, hardwood spritzed,bathrooms started plus deep cleaned my kitchen, and there is a woman at the door with business cards! How hard is it to take no for an answer and phone your crew to go home for the day?

Description of Work: Adan and his crew were punctual, profession and super customer focused. They did a great job in a short amont of time. I would gladly use them again and would highly recommend them!!.

Description of Work: Overall a good job was done, but there were a couple areas of dusting missed. Also when they wiped the laminate floors they never picked up the throw rugs and just wiped around them.

Description of Work: Their services were exceptional. They cleaned all of my hardwood floors, moving area rugs and then vacuuming and replacing to original area. My kitchen was spotless. All cabinets, countertops, & appliances shined. They dusted polished furniture and vacuumed my couch and window blinds. My bathroom was scrubbed and sparkled. I was very impressed and have scheduled my next appointment in a few weeks. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They gave my house a deep cleaning. Washed down bathrooms, scrubbed the tubs/showers. Scrubbed the kitchen floor and washed all baseboards. Washed blinds. Dusted walls. Very impressed!!!
