Knights Carpet Care

He started right on time, was able to remove a couple of carpet spots, very thorough, very professional.

The job went great. I called Knight's on Friday and they were able to schedule me on Monday. I've used them before and have always been pleased with the pricing, promptness, and courteousness of the company. I had them do a routine cleaning for the beige carpet in my upstairs. It had grown a bit soiled and worn from normal wear and tear from foot traffic and pets, but had no serious stains. My house is a Cape Cod, so they did the stairway going to the second floor and the two bedrooms and hallway upstairs. They arrived ten minutes earlier than promised, and were finished in about half-an-hour.

They did a great job for us. They do excellent work. They were very punctual and the people who performed the service were highly professional. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They also gave us a suggestions on a second service which worked out very well.

The service turned out well. They were able to get the stains out and got everything clean. They even did a little extra work for us at the same price. They were very thorough and very honest about what they could do. I was happy with their service.

I would use them again and I recommend them to others. Cleaned 2 sofas, sectional and 3 areas.

Shawn did a great job. He was solo on this visit so I offered to help move stuff and he assured me he was good to go. I never thought to point out the few stains that I wanted him to emphasize and that proved to be a non-issue as they were all removed beautifully. Not only was Shawn very professional, his visit was at the appointed time. Plus, he cheerfully removed a coffee stain from the carpet on the driver side of my car. Finally, he made sure that I understood that if I later realized he missed something, to call him back and he'll take care of it. We started using Knight's Carpet Care several years ago since noticing the number of favorable reviews on Angie's List and expect to continue to do so because they always meet our expectations.

It went great! I was out of town...when my daughter got home she called and told me they did an awesome job and the carpet stains were gone and the house smelled great. (Puppy potty training.) I scheduled the appointment on Monday!

I just moved into a newly built home and couldn't get tile and grout clean in the kitchen area. I tried everything. There was construction dust and grime in the tile which I could not remove. I searched Angie's List and found Knight's Carpet Care. I contacted via Angie's list. Matt responded quickly to my email and scheduled service next day. They arrived on time and explained what they could do. They were prompt, courteous, professional and and got the job done. Excellent work. I am happy and will use their company again.

I emailed and received a response the next day. They were able to come out within a few days of the initial email. They arrived promptly, cleaned the areas within 20 minutes. They put booties on over their shoes. The entire process from showing them the areas to completely done (equipment removed and on their way) w/in 30 min.

This is a great company and they always provide the best customer service ever! I have been a frequent customer through the years with Knights and hope to do business with them in the future!

I called on a Tuesday and had an appointment set for Thursday. He showed up right on time, did the cleaning, and he was finished in less than an hour. Our carpets had never been cleaned and I wasn't sure that he would be able to get them clean - I have dogs and grandkids - but they look so much better! He (I think his name was Jim, sorry I can't remember!) was courteous and professional. I will call them again in the future.

The Knight's technician answered the phone promptly and was able to make an appointment on my schedule as I am out of town often. He arrived on time and explained how and where he would stretch the carpet in three separate areas. After the furniture was moved, he went to work. Upon finishing the job, he asked that I view it. He wanted to make sure the work was to my satisfaction which it was. After moving the furniture back into place, he cleaned up the scraps of carpet. There is nothing lacking in the work. all went well and we are happy to have the service!

Knights was able to schedule us promptly and accommodated our schedule. They were good enough to phone in advance of coming to let us know they were on the way. The young man was very courteous and efficient. He placed protective plastic under the furniture to protect it. He moved my belongings very carefully. His cleaning was excellent. The kitchen grout is white and the floor shines. I was well pleased and have nice clean carpets and tile!

the work providers arrived very promptly and went right to work. They were able to get all the stains out of the carpeted areas and the couch. This company had provided services to me before, and I was just as pleased with their service this time.

Fantastic! There is a $80 minimum charge and since my two spots weren't going to cost that much, he offered to do a chair or couch in the house. He was very courteous, thorough, and got straight to work.

They answered the phone when I called and made the appointment. No recordings or call-backs. They arrived on time and got right to work. Both men were very friendly, clean, and they even cleaned my throw pillows on the sofa. The sofa and chairs look great and I'll definitely be calling again for service in the future. I will probably have them come do my carpets within a few months. I highly recommend them.

I'm not sure if this company is even in business anymore. I sent them an email on 8/8/12 asking for a quote, and my husband called and left a vm on 8/10/12. Neither of us have heard back from them. I'm pretty disappointed because we chose them specifically because of the reviews on here, but waiting a week and still having no contact from them isn't a good first impression. We'll be contacting someone else to do the work we need.

They missed the first appointment and when I called them that same day, the owner called back within a half hour apologizing profusely and explaining that he misread his appointment book. We rescheduled for the next day and they were on time. They used a product to pull out the cat urine. It took several days for the smell to disappear, but one of the rugs still had a slight smell and a stickiness. They came back out and cleaned both rugs again, and both are completely free of urine smell.

Disappointed that results were not better in areas of concern. Did not verbalize with technician myconcern as I thought that these areas were still wet. Time to dry seemed especially long (over 5 hours) and technician was not clear about the length of time needed for drying.

I called and left a message. They returned my call within minutes. They talked me though the rooms that were to be cleaned and quoted over the phone an estimate of price before coupon, which I had from Angie's List and they knew about. The free room was to be the most expensive room. The estimate was good. After they came in a completed the work, and were working on the bill, I asked their opinion about Scothgarding. They gave an honest opinion, They did not try to sell me on it. After we discussed it, I thought I would consider it for next time, but then he gave me a very reasonable price to do it so we did it right then. My neighbor stopped by for a visit and was very impressed and plans to use them in a couple of months. I definitely will use them again.

This is the company that my apartment complex had been using at the time that I asked to have our carpets cleaned. Although the carpets weren't particularly dirty (no pet or food stains), this was the first time that they had been cleaned in almost 18 months and Knights did a great job taking care of our high traffic areas. What really impressed me was their ability to completely remove a few stains that had been documented as permanent flaws/damages when we moved into the apartment. My landlords asked me to move the furniture in the apartment before Knights came to make it easy for them to clean the areas available, but I didn't get home from work with enough time. The employee was very understanding and even helped me to move some of the furniture. He took special care to fold up our new bed skirt to protect it from any of the cleaning products! Since our apartment complex pays for the carpet cleaning, I have no idea how much they cost so I can't tell whether or not they are reasonable with their prices. All I can say is that I would definitely recommend Knights to anyone looking for clean carpets.

showed up on time did good job told me if stains came back within in 10 days call and they would come back free of charge...the outdoor area had a few stains come back and i had them back with no problem ...great customer service
