Knights Carpet Care

Went very well. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but I misplaced the paperwork and it's been a few months ago. But he showed up bright and early and got busy cleaning. There were several difficult area's, (we haven't sealed the grout in several years and I thought for sure we'd probably have to re-grout), but he got down on his knees and scrubbed the daylights out of those awful areas. I was impressed with his determination as well as the end results. We'll definitely be looking to use Knights again in the future for other services. Thanks.

Very professional, efficient. I bought the $99 special (3 areas). They did the stairs for an extra $25. Very reasonable for the amount of carpet done.

We had used them before, and they did a good job. Unfortunately we keep getting water in our basement.

Thought it went well until I came back from vacation and my sister didn't know I had my carpet cleaned and she had cleaned my carpet and told me hold dirty my carpet was and that was only one week later. I will not be using this company again.

We purchased an Angie's list big deal for tile and grout cleaning. They were very prompt to answer my email and were able to come very quickly. The day the showed up, they were on time and ver professional. We plan to use them again soon to clean our carpets

It went really well. He was prompt and on time, he wore protective coverings on his shoes so he woudlnt' get any dirt anywhere. He was very courteous, thorough and super nice.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The mud my dog got on the sectional could not be seen, and the very dirty recliner with dog hair looked really wonderful after it was done. It's impossible to get all the dog hair off; I vacuumed it a lot before the cleaner came. He was able to get more off, and all the stains and dirt. The carpets look great too! I appreciate the hard work and extra effort that was done.

The cleaning of the carpet and furniture went extremely well! Knights Carpet Care went above and beyond with quality service and professionalism. They repaired carpet on one stair, moved the furniture, put it back in place wuth padding under it, and made the carpet look like new! They are excellent and I highly recommend them!

It went well. They were very professional and I was impressed about how prompt they were. I was able to get my first choice of appointment. He even left me a bottle of spot cleaner for free and offered discounts for any future work without pressuring me.

I don't think they're that good. They try to remove the spots but it came out worse. They used too much fluid.

This contractor arrived on time. Matt did a walk through to make sure he understood what needed done. They got to work right away. We just had the entire first floor painted and I appreciated that they were careful. They also had corner guards that protected the walls. After they were done, we walked through again to make sure we were satisified. Would recommend Knight's Carpet Care.

I had tile installed in my kitchen/dinette/bathroom area about 10 years ago. I attempted to clean and seal the grout myself about a year ago. I actually cleaned it very well. However, the seal I used for the grout did not work very well. So using an Angie's Special, I purchased the $99 special from Knights Carpet Care to have the tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Immediately upon my purchase, I was given the option to schedule 3 dates on which I would like to have the service performed. I received a call from the company within 24 hours and was told that they could accomodate my first request which was for April 30, 2014. The appointment was for between 10:30 and 11:00 am. However, I overslept and realized, when I awoke at 10:30, that I had missed a 10:00 call from the company. I returned the call and the company representative said that he was waiting outside my home. He had arrived early, but was waiting and was just getting ready to call me again. I thought that was really great. He was more than punctual. He had arrived early and waited close to 30 minutes. He was very nice and cordial. Once in my home, he did several things that impressed me. 1) He told me that the cleaning would take about 1 1/2 hours. And he actually took a little less than 1 1/2 hours. 2) I had not removed all of the chairs from the kitchen. He helped me move them to another room. and 3) he later took it upon himself to remove all items from the front closet floor so that he could clean the tile and grout on the closet floor. I had completely forgotten about the closet. He cleaned the tile and grout very well. The only "miss" was the urine stains on some of the grout on the bathroom floor. I'm certain if I had mentioned it too him, it would have been removed. He may not have seen it, but should have. Overall, he did a great job!

The company was easily contacted and promptly arranged a service date. Sean was exactly on time, and he used a device to check for urine in the corners where I thought the cat had used. He then flushed those corners, used an enzyme on the area, and deodorized that area. After that, he did a basic cleaning of our dining room area, living room, and stairway. The treated areas still are odor free after three days. He gave me a bottle of spot cleaner and a coupon for our next cleaning. Sean was very polite and professional. I will recommend this company to friends and use them again.

I am putting my house on the market and had to deal with a lot of vendors recently. I was extremely impressed with how responsive Knight's was. The quote was handled over email and it was an amazing price for the time they spent at the house (Almost 3 hours). Both gentleman were very nice, courteous, punctual and professional. I couldn't believe how quickly I got an appointment. It wasn't a perfect job. I did notice some imperfection after they left, but I am a bit of a perfectionist. I will say that they made my carpet look new and I don't have to replace it now, which saved me a thousands of dollars. I really appreciate their time and effort.

We are moving so they came out to clean our carpets. We used them about 7 years ago and were awesome. We have 2 young children and our carpets got really bad over the last 7 years and our realtor thought we would have to put in a carpet allowance when we put our house on the market. We were very surprised that they were able to get all the stains out of the carpet. If you are looking for a great service look no further. Call them today!

I called Shawn in a panic around 6:00 pm on 1/6/14 as I came home to a huge mess from my dog with a very upset stomach. Shawn said he could be there the next day, so I scheduled the appointment. Shawn showed up on time the next day (1/7) but couldn't get his truck to work as it was -6 degrees outside and the line had frozen. No problem there, that's what happens when it's -6 outside. He apologized numerous times and asked if he could come back the next day to do the work. Shawn came back at 8:00 am the next day (1/8). He completed the work in a timely manner. He worked extra in the bonus room where my dog had gotten sick. The vast mojority of stains came out, there is probably 1 that could use a little more attention but Shawn told me to call him and he'd come back and retreat any areas that I'd like looked at again, which I appreciated. Shawn did an excellent job. He came out the next day and I'm sure he could have gotten all the stains out had I called him to come back, but I would say 95%+ was removed with the initial treatment. Also my carpet is extremely light in color, which doesn't hide anything. I will definitely use Knight's for my next cleaning.

Shawn and Mat were on time and immediately set to work. I have house dogs therefore my carpet has stains. Mat and Shawn keep working on a stain until it is gone. And my husband had stained his light blue overstuffed recliner with transmission fluid. But the chair looks good as new! Mat and Shawn do all the work themselves and I feel very comfortable with them in my home.
