Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal for Tile and Grout Cleaning. The service went fine. They were very professional, but the tile was not as clean as I had hoped after the job.

Description of Work: My family room carpet smelled terrible from my dog. It was cleaned one day. They came back to clean the grout in my tile, and I thought there was still an odor. They redid it.Because the carpet has a cotton backing, there was still a problem. They pulled back the carpet, painted Kilz on the floor and replaced the padding. There is till a slight odor, but they put forth a massive effort. I will replace the carpet when my dog moves on!

Description of Work: Whole house carpet cleaning. Carpets were VERY wet upon completion. Technician had to be called back and come back out because there was a stain/residue left after the first cleaning. They did come back and reclean the area.

Description of Work: We have a very large microfiber sectional and 3 dogs. Matt showed up on time, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again!!

Description of Work: Bought a special on grout cleaning. Had a quick response from the seller and they were able to accommodate my first available date. The grout had not been professionally done ever and we have had the tile about 10 years, the grout looks like new. Will definitely have the grout professionally done again, it was so much easier than trying to scrub on my hands and knees and looks better than I was ever able to do.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big deal for $169 to have the cleaning and deodorizing and also requested the cleaning and conditioning of two leather recliners as an additional cost. Sean arrived on time and was polite and professional. He cleaned and deodorized the carpets in my bedroom closet, the bedroom carpet, the hall carpet, the stairs and the walking path to the front door. I have a 16 year old Yorkie who has frequent accidents that I don't always see happening. He was able to clean and remove the urine odor. I also asked for the cleaning and conditioning of the recliners. He sprayed on a solution and wiped it off and it cost $43 a chair for 5 minutes work. For $86, I feel I could do that myself not much more than dusting. but will have them return for the carpet cleanings in the future. He also left me with a spot and odor bottle for those pet accidents I can see.

Description of Work: They cleaned a couch & two chairs and scotchgarded our new couch & two chairs plus the couch & two chairs they cleaned. They called in advance of their arrival and were extremely professional. We would use them again. Originally we were trying to find someone to scotchgard new furniture since the furniture retailer only offered a plan that was 3% of the purchase price & we didn't feel it was a good value. We emailed Matt & he responded within 18 hrs and offered a very reasonable price for just the scotchgard for the new furniture and we decided to have other furniture cleaned while they were here.

Description of Work: Well, I gave the technician a challenge bc one of the carpets to be cleaned was on the third floor, BUT I told them everyplace I needed work done when I lined up this company. The technician seemed grumpy and put out bc he didn't think his equipment would reach into the third floor and he was parked behind two cars out front of our building and that was going to make reaching the area even more difficult, SO I went across the street and asked two different people to move their cars so he could be parked closer to my building, then the technician said, that's ok, it's going to work out. I'm going to be able to reach that area. A little smile would have been nice, too. The job was done very well, he just had kind of a, sorry,can't do that attitude.

Description of Work: They did a good job, there were some spots they could not get out, but over did a good job. They are just a little pricey for me. I would probably try someone else next time based on price. They were curtious though and did what I asked and even inquired about anything needing retouched up again.
