Description of Work: Cleaned 4 rooms of carpet. I was pleased with the actual cleaning. My only concern was the person cleaning my carpet went in and out of my home several times with his shoes on. It was wet outside. Did not make much sense when the whole point was to clean.

Description of Work: Tech cleaned the grout in entry, kitchen and bathroom. He did a fantastic job and the product used really cleaned the grout. He also got on his hands and knees to really scrub the difficult places. We were very pleased and would use the company again.

Description of Work: We needed our carpet cleaned (it had been awhile!) and we took advantage of the Deal on Angie's list. We scheduled our cleaning as close to Thanksgiving as possible. They scheduled us for Nov 6 at 9 AM. They contacted us on Monday and confirmed our appointment. Sean arrived a few minutes before 9, introduced himself, looked over the areas and immediately started cleaning the 4 areas. We had some challenging spots to be cleaned (Puppy goofs!), but when he was through the carpet looked almost new! Sean was very professional and was finished in less than an hour. We will use Knight's again and we highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called the provider before I bought the deal to make sure he could come when I needed him. He was able, so I bought the deal. He came promptly, did a nice job cleaning the carpet and worked extra hard to try to get rid of some lingering pet odors.I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet and deodorized as well as getting up a lot of dog hair my sweeper didn't! All stains gone but they said they'd come back if I needed- no need.
