Knights Carpet Care

Perfect. I called yesterday and was able to get a next day appointment. They showed up right on time and it only took about 45 minutes. Carpets look good. Couldn't have been quicker or easier!

I received three different estimates by phone for the work I needed done. While Knight's was not the least expensive, it was very close and the person I spoke with was obviously much more knowledgeable than the contact at the last expensive place. Knight's did arrive a bit late (approximately a half hour late) and did not call to let me know. However, I was very happy with the work performed. The carpet stretching turned out beautifully. I honestly can't tell that the work was even done or ever needed. The patch is still visibly a patched area, but the work definitely matched my expectations. The patch was in a berber carpet, and both the website and the contact has explained to me about how hard it is to match berbers and what was possible to achieve. So overall, I was happy with the results.

I have used Knights several times now and also referred them to my Mom. I am really pleased with their service and price. I will use them again in the future.

It went well. I thought the service was positive. The service person was extremely helpful. He gave some helpful tips on keeping the carpet clean. They came out close to the time that I purchased the deal. There were no additional costs. I give them a B because they couldn't get the stains out.

Repaired a small section of the carpet and restretched the carpet in bedroom. I had hoped having the carpet restretched would lower the overall height of the carpet and while it is definitely a significant improvement, I think the overall issue was having a non professional do the initial installation. Overall, he was friendly, the labor was quick, the section that needed patched looks great!!!

They did a great job. They were on time and very professional. They were able to get a tough stain out of an ottoman. When I called and had to leave a message someone always called me back the same day.

it was okay. grout not really cleaned well, understanding the previous owners had not done a good job in upkeep, but you could tell there was residue. We got commercial grout cleaner after they finished and scrubbed the fllors by hand and got the grout back to white natural colors.

These guys did a great job and they were on time. I plan to use them again in the future.

While scheduling wasn’t a problem, it wasn’t a good experience. The carpeting was left very, very wet. The next morning, after the carpet cleaning, it was still wet and he also charged more for the square footage of our home. The Scotchgard™ they put down in the living room has a moldy and/or musty smell to it. I feel he was not honest with me about the drying time.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angies List for carpet cleaning. I wanted to make sure the deal included deodorizing and carpet protection since I have 2 large dogs. Knights included this. He arrived on time and asked where were my problem areas. I pointed them out including one area where a wicker basket had bled into the carpet. I tried to get it out (with oxyclean) and it barely put a dent in the area. I've had a couple of carpet cleaners come out and they tried but with very little success. Knights worked on the area and while it will never be back to 100%, they probably got about 50% of the stain off the carpet!! I was impressed with the attention to detail. So much so that I have scheduled a return visit in the next couple of weeks to clean my carpets again. Great job!

The tech was great. Friendly and efficient. I was so pleased, I bought another deal as a gift for my Mom.

We had a wonderful experience with Knights Carpet Care. We would use them again in a heartbeat and we highly recommend them to others.

It was great. I remember canceling it and rescheduling it. They did a good job cleaning the carpets. They took special care. We have 2 dogs and they really worked on a couple of areas. They made sure they tried to get out the stains as much as they could. They were very nice and polite. I would use them again. You can't beat the price.

Upon our carpet being completed yesterday and slowly drying, our carpet looks the same as before. None of the areas that needed the extra attention improved at all. After the carpet was completed and very wet, it looked like it was very clean. With it slowly drying up and my wife looking around the house, she is very disappointed and upset with the amount of wetness in the carpet. We've had our carpet done in the past and never had so much water on our carpets and so much spilled on our newly installed hardwood floors and water on our door and Windows. All of our carpets have a sticky residue and getting all over the hardwood and laminate flooring. My wife is currently going to home depot to buy carpet runners to cover the sticky residue on the carpets to protect our hardwood and laminate. I have ceiling fans and stand fans running throughout the house to help but the carpet is that wet! Please have the company contact us or refund the money.... We're spending money to fix this problem on covering the floor until we can get this fixed. Hired another company to fix our carpets. They arrived in the morning and cleaned up the carpets and residue on the carpets. Upon they left and extracted the water from the carpets, the carpets were dryer at completion of the carpet cleaning than after 24 hours of drying from Knights Carpet care. We had plastic tarps over the carpet with residue over the weekend until the mess could be cleaned and corrected. The local company had no clue how or why the carpets would have a residue and be so wet it took over 30+ hours to dry and not just wet, soaked. We had such a bad experience from this cleaning, we didn't want our carpets and carpet pads to be damaged from getting so wet again. I was able to contact the company and tell them the issues and they wanted a second chance but the difference in cleaning is such a difference and don't want damaged carpet from this ordeal.

The gentleman came on tie and was very polite. When went to work right away and cleaned the area that I had indicated. He took extra care of the areas where the dog walks and sleeps. My carpets looked and felt so clean. He also advised me how to spot clean areas where the dog lays. I would recommend this service in the future.

Email communication after the deal I purchased was superb, FAST and EASY and very personable as well! The man arrived on time, and he did let me know 30 min before arrival with a call. And I also added on 2 couches ahead of time via email and they gave me a quote via email. VERY quick and convenient! They are the FIRST company I've had in years to get that urine smell OUT of one particular troublesome area that the dogs had pee'd on. Usually, even after other companies cleaned that particular carpet, it always smelled of old urine for about 2 - 3 days AFTER the carpets were cleaned and drying. When I told the fellow that showed up about that one problem area, I expected the same, but after he was done, he told me that he paid particular attention to that one area, and also put down enzymes to break down the urine, not just deodorize it. And this is the FIRST time in 15 years that area did not reek of old urine after a cleaning!!!! IT WAS AMAZING! This is the FIRST company to get it really REALLY clean! Not to mention the carpets looked GREAT and smelled wonderful before family came for Thanksgiving! This company has got ALL my business! (OH.. and we do not let the dogs stay upstairs anymore because of that problem.) He also worked very h****** getting my old couches clean along with their pillows. I was impressed! Now we are slowly but surely getting rid of ALL the carpet in the house, but up until the few areas upstairs we have left are wood floors, Knights carpet care has all of our business. He also gave me some enzyme cleaner to help if there were any future issues, and to call if we had any problems.

They are a small company, but I could not be happier with them. They came out and assessed the job before starting. They did an excellent job of cleaning all of the carpets in my home. They even cleaned my kitchen chairs and recliners. Everything they touched looked brand new. They worked extremely hard, and were able to remove stains that other carpet companies had been unable to remove.
