Knights Carpet Care

Very well. The individual was late by 15 minutes, but called to say he was running late, and when arrived, apologized. Very professional, friendly. Once he was done, he asked if the carpeting looked better, and was satisfactorily done.

David arrived 15 minutes early and began getting everything prepared. He worked extra hard on stubborn pet stains and took his time with our sofa and loveseat. Everything came out looking and smelling great. The carpets were a little wetter than we're used to after a whole house cleaning, but the end result is fantastic.

When they left there was still a spot left on the carpet that I had to get out myself. The price seemed a little high as well.

I left a message that I wanted work done. They called back right away and set an appointment as soon as was convenient for me. Very pleasant over the phone. They left a reminder message the night before. The day of, they arrived on time, 2 very polite young men. Looked the job over, asked a few questions and went right to work. They were careful not to let my cats out the open door. The cleaning was done very well and they made sure I was happy before they left. It was all done in 1 1/2 hours.

I booked the appointment with Matt initially. He was extremely nice and squeezed me into the schedule so my carpets could be cleaned within a few days. He then had to work with me twice to change the appointment to accommodate the driveway sealing service that had gotten pushed back. David & Ryan showed up right on time. They were both very nice and extremely informative with tips for making my carpets last longer. I learned a lot and ended up with beautiful carpets that look like new. They moved my furniture as if they were moving their own items which really impressed me. Being the house where all the neighborhood kids play, these guys will be seeing a lot of me. I had used two other carpet cleaning companies in the last year and definitely did not get the results that I got from these guys. I will only use them from now on.

They did a good job. I'll have them back for other areas of the house in the near future. They were able to get most of a tomato sauce stain out of my family room rug. I did not have them use the Scotchgard this time around, but I may on the next cleaning. They were able to exceed my expectations!

They were in and out in a flash and they showed up on time which was great. I will use them again. A+++ service.

David was a very pleasant man. Made friends with my dog right away. A pleasant & courteous man.

I would have David come back and do a whole house cleaning again in the next 3-4 months. He knew how to clean the hard spots from having pets and kids. My carpets looked brand new when he was finished cleaning them. The couch that is a micro suede looked like I had just bought it. David was a very hard working young man and he was a pleasure to have in my home to do the work. Nice job David!

I really liked the technician - he checked things over well before he started. He explained a couple of issues that weren't going to be resolved to me. The person who took my call did not accurately list my address which delayed the service call through no fault of the technician.

I was given a hour window of time for my appointment and David showed up on time. He did a nice job of explaining the job and I was pleased with the quality of the cleaning. David somehow pulled a snag of carpet out. He was quick to tell me and it will be fixed at no charge. Overall an excellent experience. I will use them again.

I talked with Matt on Thursday and he said he could have someone out the following day. I opted for Saturday instead. He gave me a one hour time range for arrival. My other favorite carpet cleaning company would only commit to 12-7 pm at time of booking. Knight's cost a bit more than the other, but they took their time and did not rush through the job. The gentleman that came out was friendly and professional. My only complaint was that they sent just one guy out. Had my girlfriend been the one to stay home, most of the big furniture could not have been moved.

To my first phone call as well as to the following ones the response was within minutes. He was on time sharp (which seems not very common in Ohio, for my experience). Because we never walk with shoes around the house I'd asked David to remove his. Not a problem at all, he had booties with him. On the contrary to other companies who refused to do so. A phone follow-up from Matt, the owner, got me a third visit and a ultimate removing of the bothering spots

Called company on 1/26, explained what the problem was (There was a big bump of carpet in the middle of the rooms). An estimate appointment was set up for 1/29. On 1/29 someone arrived promptly, assessed the problem, provided an estimate and an explanation of how they would correct it. An appointment was set up for 1/31 to re-stretch the carpets. On 1/31 David arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The work and clean-up was completed within an hour. Our carpeting looks great again.

The office called to confirm the appointment the day before. David arrived within the agreed upon time frame and spent considerable time making sure I was well pleased with the job. He went above and beyond in my opinion spot cleaning an area not within the original job spec for no additional cost. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

This was the second time I used them. They do good work and are very professional. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Job 1: They were on-time and very friendly. The carpets and couch look great. They had given us two different price quotes on the couch over the phone because it is a cotton material. Once they were at our house, they checked out the fabric and had to use their "delicate" process to clean it, which was the higher price, but it worked and our couch looks and smells clean! Would recommend Knight's, and will hire again! Job 2: I called Knight's two days before Thanksgiving because my couch was a stinky mess after my 3 year old's bout with a stomach flu. They were able to come first thing Wednesday morning to clean the couch. They got it to smell good and look cleaner than it has in years! And, it was dry by Wednesday evening, in plenty of time for my Thanksgiving guests! This was the 2nd time I've used Knights, and I'm once again a satisfied customer.

Their representative spent a long time describing cleaning, service, price. The cleaning was very good, however, the carpet was more damp, than I expected, based on the phone conversation. That was not the fault of the company, but with the wet method of cleaning the carpet itself. My phone conversation with them lead me to believe that the carpet would be very dry after the clean, but I found it was just a traditional wet method of cleaning. The person was very polite and carpet was very clean, after it was done. They also, did a carpet repair, they re stretched the carpet, which was done to my satisfaction. The price includes the cleaning of 2 rooms, plus carpet stretching.

We were actually debating whether to clean the living room carpet, (about 10 yrs. old) or replace it with hardwood flooring, but decided to go ahead and give cleaning it a try. What a difference! The carpet, while not new-looking, is much better. They also, removed a couple stains on our newer dining room carpet. The person who did the work called me, when he was running late on the previous job and all of their personnel were a delight to work with.

We had a very positive experience. The representative that came out and cleaned the carpet, David Eck, was very professional and personal. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again (either at work or at home).
