They were very nice and courteous. They made sure I knew as a customer I was very important to them and and in making sure I understood everything. I would use them again.

+ 0 moreThey are excellent. I thought their prices were more than fair. To clean the carpets it was $99 (I had a coupon) for them to clean the chair I think it was about $30. I have even recommended them to a number of other people. I plan to have them come back out in the spring.

+ -1 moreMy call to schedule was returned promptly and I was able to schedule before Thanksgiving, which meant a lot to us. To my surprise, they called to ask if they could come earlier, which was just great as it gave the carpets more time to dry. Everything looked great!
Description of Work: I had a large living room, 2 bedrooms (including the master), and the basement including the stairs cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so I know there were many stains and lots of hair. Everything was cleaned to my expectation, furniture was moved and returned with care. The employees were friendly and willing to do whatever needed to be done.

+ -1 moreJeff & John arrived on time. They started upstairs so that they would not need to walk on carpet already cleaned. They were able to remove all the cat sick stains. That's pretty impressive because some of the stains looked like somebody ground refried beans into the carpet. I'm really happy with how the carpet looks now.

+ -1 moreVery upsetting experience because I canceled my previous plans on Saturday for no reason. Pitiful customer relations and lack of integrity by Knight's. Even when I ask if he could come that day (Monday), he was hesitant and acted uncertain if could be done! That's when I said I will find someone else.
Description of Work: I called and talked with Matt on Thursday after our basement carpeted floor had flooded on Tuesday. He gave me an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:00 am. I was very appreciative because he could work us into the schedule. I canceled an out-of-town visit to be available for the carpet cleaners. They did not come, they did not call for an explanation. I called the office, received a recording, and left messages at 10:15am, 11:AM and 12:15pm (which according to their website is during Saturday morning office hours) with no response. I wrote an email and requested a call ASAP, no response. Monday morning at about 9:20 am, I called him. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that there might have been an emergency, or that they even just plain forgot. When I ask what had happened, Matt said, "We did not have you on our schedule for Saturday or anywhere on our books." Obviously, according to him, it was not even a case of I wrote down the wrong day. There was no hint of apology.

+ -1 moreI chose this company based on the Angie's List reports that I read. I was the first appointment of the morning, arrival time was 9:15 AM firm. I called the company when the "crew" was 20 minutes late. I called again at 45 minutes late. The crew finally called me at one hour and 20 minutes late. When he arrived at 2 hours late, I was frustrated, but told him to go ahead and do the work. He got right to work. He seemed to be very thorough. When the carpet was completely dry, I was happy with the job done. He seemed apologetic about the delay, but I never really did get an explanation of what had happened. He offered me additional percentage off the total due to his lateness.
Description of Work: Living room, stairway, hall, office, guest room carpets were cleaned.

+ -1 moreJeff arrived on time, was professional and did a great job. He was able to get out a lot of stubborn stains, including cat urine in one bedroom. He tried, but was unable, to remove two small nail polish and red creme soda stains in my daughter's room...we figured those stains were permanent, but we appreciated his effort.Finally, he vacuumed pet hair from the small tile landings inside the front and garage doors... so we wouldn't track dirt on the clean carpet. He gave us a 10% Angie's List discount. We will definitely use Knight's again!
Description of Work: Shampooed entire house (= 7 rooms). It took about 1.5 hours.

+ -1 moreI would never recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional until it came to the day of service and afterward. First of all, the technician was 2 hours late and when he was finally done with the job he said that he didn't have his tool with him to tack down the carpet and to call the office when it would be convenient for our schedule and someone would come back out to complete the job. We asked how much we owed and he said they would bill us, because he didn't know the amount. It was approximately 2-weeks later, we received the bill and I immediately paid it. I called the office shortly thereafter to coordinate a day for them to complete the job. I spoke to Matt and he was extremely rude. He said that the technician no longer worked there and that the bill sat around the office too long and should have been paid (this was not my fault; the bill was paid as soon as I received it). Matt continued to be rude and I hung up on him and said I would find another company.

+ -1 moreI phoned on a Tuesday and spoke with Matt. His team was out the very next day. Brian and Jeff showed up within the first 5 minutes of the hour window Matt provided. They took their time and did a great job. They both were very informative and professional. The service and the fee were great. I will totally use the company again. Especially since Brian and Jeff were so kind to the bull dog we own. Everyone got along great.
Description of Work: They did a wonderful job on my 3 piece sectional couch and 2 full coverage area rugs.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in four rooms. They moved furniture as needed & put furniture back in place after cleaning. They put blocks or plastic under furniture legs. They did a good job, were efficient and courteous. They said they would come back if any spots showed up after they left. We would recommend them. Keep up the good work.

+ -1 moreMatt answered the first time I called and gave me an estimate immediately. He was available to do the job within a week. He was very friendly and accommodating (he agreed to do the job on the weekend). He was professional and considerate of our home. He even moved furniture to clean under/behind it and placed little plastic/foam protectors under the furniture legs when the cleaning was done, so that there was no chance for the wood stain or rust (from the metal casters on two antique dressers) to "run" onto the carpet and stain it. The work was done within the time he estimated. Dry time was fairly quick, just a couple hours. The carpet looked fantastic after he was finished, especially the high-traffic areas.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet on stairs, upstairs hallway, and all four bedrooms.

+ -1 moreMy cat had gotten sick all over my son's bedroom carpet and the smell was terrible. Matt was able to work me in the next day. He sent out a really nice guy named Tenqey to clean the areas. Tenqey did a great job, was very nice and helpful. No more stinky smell! He was even able to get out some old set in stains on my dining room area carpet. He gave me a bottle of spot cleaner free of charge just in case my cat had another accident. The company is terrific! The price they charged was very fair. I will definitely call Knight's Carpet Care again!
Description of Work: Steam cleaned and deodorized two 11 by 14 area rugs, and large bedroom. Also did a small throw rug in the foyer.
