Knights Carpet Care

The guys who came out were very professional. They used an iron and terry cloth towel to remove the candle wax. There had been a spot about 3 inches round plus lots of drips in an arc on both sides of the spot. Everything came out and the carpet looks great.

Were here on time, looked at the areas I had concerns, made recommendations. Did a Great job. Out in about 1 hour. I did not ask them to move furniture as it is not dirty under furniture. Next time I will have furniture moved, only need to move it every other cleaning. Will use again.

Called on Thursday and he came on Friday afternoon as I told him my wife was about to have baby soon. My wife went into labor in the middle of the appointment and I came home from work and had to pack around the workers. They were very professional and even offered to close up our house for us. I would definitely recommend as they did a fantastice job and were very considerate to our circumstances!

Arrived on time and was very efficient and helpful. Matt was very thoughtful and left me with not much to do to put the room back together,

They were excellent. It went real well and the only thing that did not go as planned was that it did not dry fast as he thought it would. We have pets so the furniture had hair on it. He was real quick to send someone out when I called that evening of the next morning. They had a cancellation and were able to call me back to do the job.

I made email contact to get an approximate estimate. Matt wrote back right away, but I didn't check my email til the next day. I thought his response was pretty speedy, but when I spoke to him in person he apologized for the slow reply! :-) They were on time, a little early even, but Matt called first to see if that was ok. Matt and Sean got right to it as soon as they got here. They had me show them any bad spots, and then they started pre-treating and then steam cleaning. Both guys are very personable and friendly, very efficient and thorough. They moved furniture to clean under, then put either little plastic or styrofoam squares under all furniture legs so there wouldn't be any bleed or rust from the leg touching the damp carpet. And they did all this (approx. 2000 sq ft) in about 2 hours! The products they use smell good, without being overpowering. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, and after the Knight treatment, you'd never know! And our pets smell good from laying on the clean carpet...bonus!

My family room is long. Other companies make it into two rooms and they didn't. They were good. They seemed to get ths stains out of the carpet.

They did a great job. They put special effort into some of the really bad high traffic areas. They mentioned a scotchgard special and I had them do two of the rooms (we'll be getting rid of the carpet in the other room in a few months. This is the second time I have used them. Did receive a 15% off postcard, but would have called them again. They are great to work with.

We had guests arriving within a week, and a family room that is home base for a toddler, cat and puppy (translation: lots of set-in food, stains and dirt tracked in). They were prompt, professional and personable. They went straight to work and had me check their progress after starting the upholstery cleaning, to make sure all of the stains had come out to my satisfaction. I opted once they got there to add the Scotch-gard, and they were nice enough to let me use the Angie's List coupon even though I hadn't remembered to print it out. They also helped move some furniture to block the access to the room to keep out pets, and gave advice on helping the cushions dry faster. The room looks amazing -- like we don't even have said toddler, puppy or cat. I'm very pleased!

Knight was easy to reach and establish a convienent appointment. Fellas we on time, polite and efficient. Overall, very pleased with the service.

One of our dogs ingested a large home decorating item and became violently ill while we were away for Thanksgiving. The dog got sick all over the family room carpet and left a mess that included red dye that we tried to get up using everything we could find. There were 10 or more places on the carpet that appeared to be ruined. We debated whether it was even worth trying to get the stains out. We called Knight's Carpet Service and they said they would give it a shot. The came out the very next day and treated the stains, worked the stains, and cleaned the two main rooms of our home. The stains totally came out and the carpet looks as good as new! The workers were very professional and went above and beyond to get the stains out for us. In fact they treated a couple of stains in another room of the house that they were not cleaning. We are more than pleased with the services and price that we paid for the work that was done.

I was extremely pleased with their services. My carpets were much cleaner than with any other carpet cleaner. They were quick, professional, and did an excellent job.

I got their name from Angie's List. It went very well. They did exactly as I had asked them. I had not had these carpets cleaned before, so I had questions. They were knowledgeable, professional, and did a super job! I would use them again.

Everything turned out very well. I had them come out twice?they did what I asked them to do, and because the quality and price were so good, I asked them to come do some additional cleaning. I was very happy with them.

We moved into our house in March, 2004 and the carpets throughout the house were newly installed. We recently had a baby and have been spending a lot of time on the floor with her. I was aware that our cat was urinating in one particular spot and i was constantly using a carpet cleaner spray to "remove" the stain and a pet odor product to remove the smell. Our cat also has a history of throwing up her food, so there were also stains on the floor related to that. Once our daughter came along, she had a few good episodes of spitting up which landed on our carpet and stain it. I had had enough and decided to get it professionally cleaned - it was beyond me trying to do it myself. They came out when it was convenient for me and my schedule. They were able to complete the project quickly and when i looked at my carpet aftewards, it looked as though it was new carpet. I definitely plan on getting my carpets professionally cleaned on a more consistent basis and plan to use Knights in the future.

They showed up on time, and completed the job in a little over an hour.

Making the appointment was pain free and they showed up on time. During the actual cleaning one person came so it was a bit difficult for him to move some of the heavier furniture. I would say that they did not get the carpet as clean as other companies have in the past. Overall it was just a satisfactory experience.

They cleaned three areas. They did a great job with the carpet but I am not crazy about the chair. The chair looks streaky. They tried to fix the chair but it is still streaky and blotchy.

It worked out pretty well. They were able to get the older carpet a tolerable cleaning. We'll need to replace it soon but they did pretty well for the holiday period.
