I like them because they clean very good and don't get the carpet too wet. I have used them for a few years.

He did a nice job. It was fine. He moved the furniture and I felt that he was co-operative. Actually I think that there was just one guy and he went above his business. Nobody would have known that he was here and he just worked and got it done. I had not expected it to be done that quickly. He was absolutely very responsive, punctual and professional. I thought the price was reasonable. It was worth the work he did. We will use his services again in the future.

Matt (the owner) came out at the time promised and got right to work. He stretched two areas of carpet and than cleaned all the carpets in my house (installed and area rugs) for less than $250. He did a great job and I have already recommended Knights to a few friends.

Went well. I had two dogs who were ill and heavily stained several of my carpets. Cleaned and deoderized carpets so no stain or smell. Also stretched one of my bedroom carpets that had a large wrinkle from moving furniture about. I have used them twice since this date to clean and deoderize carpets in other parts of the house.

It was an okay experience. The carpet was quite wet afterwards and we had to wait awhile for it to dry. The people were courteous. They worked hard not to track in the house and all their work was done outside in the truck.

They did a very nice job. Matt was very quick to stop by and give an estimate (the same day I first contacted them). They then returned that same week, right when they said they would, and completed the work in the amount of time they had estimated. They were very professional and thorough, explaining the steps as they went along. They even steam cleaned a couple of areas that were not included in the original estimate. They were careful when moving furniture. The results are great. They also promised to come back if any problems arise. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We had moved and our previous home (now empty) had 3 rooms/stairs to clean. Matt and Shawn arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a very nice job. I have had them in the past and was very pleased with them then also. Matt even remembered where I lived over 15 years ago..had the street correct but the house number was off just a little...I was very impressed. I will definitely have them again!

The guys showed up a few minutes early. I walked them around the house and showed them all of the areas. We went to out for a breakfast date and coffee. When we came back, the place looked absolutely amazing. The price was very competitve and the work was second to none. We won't call another company in the future - it will be Knight's Carpet Care every time.

I had a corner of my living room with a serious cat urine odor. Knights investigated the problem and didn't just spray a cleaner and steam clean it - they took up the carpet, removed the pad, treated the carpet and the sub-floor, and took several extra steps to ensure that the problem odor was gone. They returned several days later to check the area, replaced the pad and steam cleaned the entire room. My carpets were cleaner than they had been when I bought the house (despite the previous owners having had them cleaned), and Knights' left me with a bottle of stain remover to use for future problems. Would definite use these guys again - they knew what they were doing and didn't mess around with intermediate solutions. The offending odor is totally gone, the cat no longer thinks of that area as a litterbox, and I can have company over without feeling embarrassed about the smell!

The employees answered all questions. They were very professional and polite. They made us feel comfortable and very caring about cleaning around our heirloom furniture. We were so impressed that we bought them lunch. This is our second home that we have used their services and was treated in the exact same manner.

There is a new dog in the house and there were many many pet stains which I thought would never come out since I had already tried just about every stain remover on the market as well as cleaned them myself on numerous occasions. When they got done you would never have known all those stains ever existed. Also, I tripped and spilled a whole cup of coffee with International Delight in it and they got those stains out also. I will definitely use this company as my regular carpet cleaning company and I was so impressed that my brother used them to do some of his carpeting the very next day. Not only did he do an excellent job but he was also just as pleasant as an individual could be and definitely took pride in the job he did.

My carpet was installed just a few years before but had become quite wrinkled. The company that did the initial installation wanted to charges us to just come out. I contacted Knights who came out and cleaned and stretched the carpet at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend them!

the entrance ways of each room were badly soiled and much of that was removed. The carpet was 2 years old and still showed some discoloration after cleaning. I suppose there is only so much that can be done. The cleaning crew were very professional ... they called me when they were unsure about cleaning a stair that was not on the orginal service order. Using a lockbox they entered and departed the house without supervision. I am pleased with the work

They showed up on time, we walked through the house, and within a few minutes, they got to work. We checked the carpet for pet stains which they pre-treated. There was a stain on the carpet, by the front door that the previous cleaners we used could not get out. The guys from Knight's took care of it very quickly. We also went under the door, and cleaned the bottom, so that maybe it will no longer stain the carpet. I would recommend them unhesitatingly.
