Description of Work: We had 2 bathrooms remodeled. In the master bath we had a walk in tub installed in a 48 inch space which was not a standard size and they did a great job helping us to find and choose a product that we are very happy with and also made some modifications to the bathroom to accommondate the new fixture. They do a great job of cleaning up each day and keeping us informed. We were disappointed in their subcontractor for the tile installation. This is the 4th job that we have used Kitchen Fronts.

Our many years in this industry are based upon our clients feeling like they got everything they wanted from a contractor… and more!! We wanted to apologize for the scheduling issue with the gentleman here who did your tile work. Unfortunately, the weather had caused state-wide school closings and delays that day and he was unable to find someone to watch his young child that day in particular. We are glad that we were able to get him out soon after though but understand that it can be frustrating. Please know that our phones are always open to our clients before, during, and after the project is completed. Please let us know if there is anything you need regarding this! Description of Work: QUOTE AND PROJECT WORK-UP TO GUT-REHAB BATHROOM. PROJECT INVOLVED MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES. ALTERNATE CONTRACTOR DID NOT RESPOND SO NO COMPARISON OF PRICING AVAILABLE. BOTH REPRESENTATIVES VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT WITH QUESTIONS. DID NOT OPT TO HAVE WORK PERFORMED BECAUSE THE ULTIMATE PRICE GREATLY EXCEEDED MY BUDGETARY EXPECTATIONS. I WAS CONCERNED THAT THEY WANTED 50% DOWN PAYMENT AT CONTRACT SIGNING GIVEN THAT THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED TO OCCUR GREATER THAN 60 DAYS FROM SIGNATURE. THEY DID NOT OFFER A COMPROMISE TO THIS PARTICULAR TERM.
