She was often late. I never knew what time she would show up. Sometime she showed up on different days than were scheduled without telling us. She worked very very fast and is strong and in the process broke a number of things including some expensive wooden shades. Quality of work was poor. She would talk on her cell phone while she worked and clean with the other hand. Missed spots on the carpet or tile floors always. Often had to tell to repeat work and showed dirt still on surface. Worst cleaning woman I ever had in 20 years. She didn't speak English so I had to translate from Google or make motions which usually didn't make sense to her.

Kezia has worked for me for almost 2 years now and does an excellent job cleaning my home. She cleans my home every other week and manages to make my home look spotless which is a feat since I live with 2 young children at home. She is not only a kind person but she is respectful and takes special care of everything in my house. She will also focus on areas of the house that need especially cleaned. Another good aspect of Kezia is that she always asks for feedback so that she can do a better job; it really proves her dedication to quality assurance. I highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her in the future.

thought that my house was reasonably clean since I have paid to have it cleaned bi-weekly 4 years. But Kezia has a different, higher standard for cleanliness. Truly, he has an aversion to dirt! For example, there is a small tray on the outside of the refrigerator door where the water collects after one gets a glass of water or ice. With time, hard water stains build up there. I have always noticed them, but never been bugged by them. Kezia took the time to remove that piece of plastic and get it like-new clean with lots of careful scrubbing under the faucet. With this attention to detail, Kezia is sure to satisfy virtually all his clients. And all of this hard work was done in a cheerful way.
