Paul was fantastic. He was prompt, professional, hard working, and very friendly. He quickly changed my water heater and the valves. He was very courteous and left the work areas in better condition than they were when he arrived. I was referred to him by my home warranty company and I'm so glad. He was very knowledgeable about the home warranty process and he helped guide me through it. He worked it all out so I only had to pay my deductible to the home warranty company. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I'd call Paul in a heartbeat.

On a Wednesday night we noticed our carpet was wet due to a leaking water softener. We called Keyes Plumbing around 6:00 p.m. and left a message. The following day, Thursday, we received a call from Keyes. He came to the house within an hour and took a look, gave us an estimate, We agreed on the price so he starting draining the water heater. He left and returned with a new water heater and installed it. Within 3 hours from first hearing from Keyes, the leaking water softener was removed, replaced and we had hot water again. I asked him if he could also remove a large unneeded water softener. He unhooked it, removed it and took it with him.

They are punctual, on time, and reasonably priced.

We spent about $250 on that work. It was major plumbing work that they did.

Paul, one of the owners, gave me a good price. It cost me $300 for the toilet and a minimum for installing it. It is a top-model toilet and it is very efficient. It is the third toilet that they have installed for us. They did a great job. We are extremely pleased with them. I find that they are extremely punctual and reasonable in price, and I use them over and over again. I would rate them highly although I know that they are not rated highly on Angie’s List. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were on time, courteous and friendly. I would use them again.

Our house is 50 years old and posed a lot of problems with installing a new water heater because, so many aspects of the system were unsafe and not up to modern codes (hence the back drafting problem). But, John Keyes was able to help us get a great, new, SAFE system in place while really bending over backwards to save us money and keep things well within our Homegard coverage price, so that all we would have to pay was the $100 deductible. His work, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done were truly exceptional. And he really tried to do everything he could to get our new water heater in, as quickly as, possible so that we could have hot water again without any delays. An excellent experience all-around.

Overcharged for visit ($105 just to drive out!) and was rude when I questioned the fees just for driving out.

WE USE KEYES FOR VIRTUALLY ALL OF OUR PLUMBING NEEDS, INSIDE AND OUT. IT'S NICE TO BE ABLE TO RELY ON THEM FOR EFFICIENT, ACCURATE WORK.

THE SUN IS SETTING ON THIS COMPANY.

THE NEW SUMP PUMP MALFUNCTIONED AND THE BASEMENT FLOODED WHEN IT RAINED A FEW DAYS AFTER THE SUMP PUMP WAS REPLACED. KEYES PLUMBING HAS DENIED RESPONSIBILITY AND HAS REFUSED TO PAY THE REPAIR BILLS OF $11,000. I HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH IS ATTEMPTING TO GET REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE DAMAGES.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY FROM A LIST OF PLUMBERS ACCEPTED BY MY HOMEGARD POLICY. THEY HAD THE BEST RATING OF THEM ALL ON ANGIE'S LIST AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED. A FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS IS OFTEN BEST. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, INCLUDING THE WOMAN WHO MADE THE APPOINTMENT. THE KEYES, WHO ARRIVED TO DO THE WORK, WERE EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY HAD TO LEAVE AND GET A PART AND PROMPTLY RETURNED TO FINISH THE WORK. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. THE FEE WAS THE DEDUCTIBLE FROM MY HOMEGARD POLICY.

CAME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. QUICKLY ASSESSED PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT WELL. VERY COURTEOUS.

OUR WATER HEATER, INSTALLED ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO, HAD DEVELOPED AN ALARMING AND VERY LOUD RATTLE. WE FELT THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED IT WASN'T TAKING OUR CONCERN SERIOUSLY, AND WE ASKED MR KEYES TO HAVE A LOOK AT IT AND ADVISE US. HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, AND WE HAVE SINCE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE IT PUT RIGHT. WE FELT THAT MR KEYES TOOK OUR CONCERNS SERIOUSLY, AND REALLY LOOKED AND LISTENED!

I CALLED AND SPOKE TO JOAN WHO REASSURED ME VERY SWEETLY THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, WHATEVER THE PROBLEM. PAUL KEYES CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING AND DETERMINED THE INSPECTOR WAS WRONG AND THAT ONLY THE SOLDER HAD OXIDIZED AND NO LEAK EXISTED. HE GAVE ME A REPORT INDICATING WHAT HE FOUND, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. THE FAMILY IS WONDERFUL!

THIS COMPANY WAS ONE LISTED ON THE HOMEGUARD POLICY WE RECEIVED WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR PRESENT HOME. HAVE HAD THEM OUT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THEY ARE PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR CALLS. THEIR WORK IS OF GOOD QUALITY AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO PROVIDE GOOD ADVICE ON MAINTENANCE AND POTENTIAL PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. I ALWAYS PREFER TO WORK WITH A LOCAL FAMILY OPERATED BUSINESS.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE, PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. HAVE USED BEFORE TO GOOD EFFECT.

KEYES RESPONDED QUICKLY, ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, AND INSTALLED THE SHUT-OFF VALVE THAT VERY DAY. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

WE HAD A LEAKING WATER HEATER. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY, DID EXCELLENT WORK, WERE COURTEOUS, AND TOOK PRECAUTIONS TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN. THE TWO WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL; I ENJOYED TALKING WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR FINE WORK.
