Description of Work: Mike Kapp of Kapp Escavating did an excellent job of replacing our water service line to our home. The old service was leaking. Mike installed a new copper line, relocated our meter, and organized the water inspection.

Description of Work: Kapp Excavating came out an repaired a broken water line at my home. They were professional and did a fantastic job. After the work was completed, they replaced the landscaping back in such a manor that it barely looked as if the yard had been worked on at all! I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I live in an old Victorian home in an area called the Circles in Victorian Village, Columbus, Ohio. My water pressure has been bad for quite some time. A friend used Kapp Excavating and referred Mike Kapp to me. The job Mike did was outstanding in every way. He was professional, helpful and honest. He completed the job in one day without any problems. He also replaced the Ferne along the alley that needed to be taken down in order to install a new water line into my home. Only an area approximately 10 ft. in length was dug up in my yard. Mr, Kapp handled everything from calling the Columbus Water Department to getting a water department person to install a new water meter for me. I would not hesitate to refer Kapp Excavating to anyone I know.

+ -1 moreA TEAM OF 2 INCLUDING THE OWNER MIKE KAPP ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. OURS WAS A DIFFICULT JOB DUE TO A VERY LARGE TREE AND THE LINE GOING UNDER OUR FRONT PORCH. THEY DUG A HOLE JUST BIG ENOUGH TO GET THE WORK DONE. THEY DUG CAREFULLY AS TO TRY AND PROTECT THE TREE ROOTS AND NOT DISTURB ANY OF THE CONCRETE. WHEN THEY CAME IN THE HOUSE THEY WORE PLASTIC FOOTIES ON BOOTS AS TO NOT DIRTY THE CARPET. THEY REPLACED THE SOD AND YOU CAN HARDLY TELL A HOLE WAS THERE. THEY ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT PATCH JOB OF THE CEMENT BLOCK IN BASEMENT AND CLEANED UP SO WELL YOU COULD HARDLY TELL THEY WERE THERE. THEY ARRIVED AT 8AM AND WERE FINISHED BY 2:30PM SINCE NO PROBLEMS OCCURRED DURING THE PROCESS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY CARE ABOUT GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND RESPECTING THE OWNERS PROPERTY. OUTSTANDING!!
