.Horrible. The company charges in advance for the services you have ordered at least 2 days prior. However they are always late providing the services. We needed it on the 17th and it did not show up on that date. We called and asked them to remove that dumpster and provide an empty one in place. We notified them in advance to remove it and reached out several times. We would get hung up on by the employees. Always late, very unprofessional and would not recommend their services to anyone. On March 16, we called and requested that the 30 yard dumpster be removed on the 18th and be reset with a smaller dumpster in front of the building instead. On Monday the 21st we came back to the same size dumpster in same place.It is obstructing the path and blocking business for this job site. We called and asked for this to be corrected and they had no interest in doing so. We have been trying to get them to remove the dumpster that is blocking the business and cannot get a response. We can't get this dumpster removed and they are charging us a daily fee of $15.
