Description of Work: A representative for the contractor met with me to look at my driveway in order to give me an estimate to remove and replace my concrete driveway.

Description of Work: I purchased my house on August 17, 2011 with the condition that my driveway would be completed by August 22, 2011. I had received a quote from an individual contractor, turned that bid into the bank which was accepted. The job was to begin 7:00AM morning of August 22. At 6:58 AM, I received a phone call from the contractor Andre Flowers stating he would not be available to do the project. At that particular moment, Don Langbein of Just D"s Concrete arrived in front of my home. I was hysterical because I was afraid the bank would not honor the contract any longer. The driveway was blacktop, crumbled, sinking, breaking up, lopsided and just basically non functional, horrible, ugly and detracted from the house. It was so back it made my new car look bad. Pacing up and down the dirveway with the phone in my hands trying to get anyone I could to come over here to help figure out what we were going to do, Don walked up the driveway, put his arm around me and asked me the probelm. When I told him, he let out a yelp and in his loud but cheerful voice saying, "Darlin, we will have us a driveway today or my name ain't DON." He told me how to get the permit for the driveway and he would meet me back here. When i arrived back with the permit, Don was backing the backhoe off the trailer with the phone in his hand, calling everyone he knew that was not on another job that could work that day on my driveway, ordering concrete and had just basically taken over reassuring me constantly that I would have beautiful driveway by the time he left. His workers showed up, got their tools and began to create what was to turn out at the most beautiful driveway in the neighborhood. They tore up, carried away, framed, poured, leveled and decorated the driveway all in one day. They all became friends with my family and my neighbors that day. They were all working so diligently that even some of the neighbors joined in with them. i called the bank to make certain they were aware of what had happened with the other deal and that Just D's Concrete should receive the check because he took over to take care of the situation. The crew was very professional and extremely courteous. They were so intent on getting this job done, they would not allow me to get them lunch but in the long run I won. They continued working while they ate. They just would not stop until it was all done and I was happy. They came back the next day to check on the driveway, clean up all the mess we could not get to that day and made certain it was just as they wanted it to be. Don Langbein and one of his crew came by everyday to check on things since we had very interchangeable weather for about a week. When they were satisfied they left assuring me they would return in October to seal the driveway and make certain it was just as we needed it to be. In late September, Don and his crew came over to seal the driveway. They powerwashed the driveway and most of the carport, They blew it dry and began to put down the sealer repeatedly until they were satified it was properly done. Around December I found what I thought was going to be a crack in the driveway and called Don about it. He came over immediately and checked it out and reassured me that if it was a problem, it would show up in the spring and he would certainly fix it. Sure enough last week, Don showed up to check the driveway
