I can't say enough great things about Just Blinds. They were very helpful in replacing our entire house, without any pressure in the process. There were tons of options and Revan took time to help find just the right options. During install, Barry and Revan found a couple minor imperfections in the new blinds and quickly ordered replacements. Great attention to detail and made the installation process a snap. He did a thorough check to see if it was battery related or motor and discovered the wand that held the batteries had corroded. Barry not only had the part with him, but showed up early for the appointment so we could head out over the weekend. Revan arrived promptly with his samples and reviewed our requirements room by room. He showed us the available products with information about each one's applicability to our need. He was prompt, very polite and helpful, and did not spend time "selling us" on the Hunter Douglas line----he just presented the products, explained the company's service commitment and answered our questions. The purchase process was totally painless, and within 3 weeks he called to schedule installation. Revan and his father-in-law came to our house the next day, installed all the blinds in about 2 hours, and cleaned up each area afterwards. They showed us how to take down each type of blind for cleaning and provided tips on product upkeep. We enjoyed their "visit" during the installation process. We highly recommend this company.

This is the third time we've used Just Blinds and they didn't disappoint! They have an almost infinite variety of blinds and shades to choose from and they are experts at measuring and installing. The service was excellent! I called for an estimate. Revan responded promptly and helped me to select the blind style and color that would work best. When the blinds came in, Revan called to schedule an appointment for that week. He was extremely flexible with my schedule. He and his father-in-law came on a Saturday and were in and out in under a hour. I highly recommend this company.

I LOVED Carrie, her husband and Reven (the son in law who installed our blinds). Carrie and her husband were the BEST when it came to providing estimates and helping us figure out what we wanted. We had atleast 4 companies to our house to provide estimates and talk through options. Other companies were late, or took a TON of time to measure the windows and get us an estimate. Carrie and her husband were in and out in 45 minutes. It was amazing. Also, they provided us with a very fair price - we were very pleased. Reven installed the blinds a few weeks later and they fixed a couple blinds that were not working correctly very promptly. We are very happy and would highly recommend Just Blinds to anyone!!!!!

We had purchased honeycomb blinds in our upstairs windows from Just Blinds several years ago (5-7?). They also installed blinds in our 3 season room 2 years ago. We have been very pleased with the blinds and how well the blinds were installed. One of the upstairs blinds' cords broke. I called Just Blinds on Monday and on Weds. of the same week, Barry Rosen came out and fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes! They are wonderful people to work with and have been most helpful installing and now helping to maintain our window coverings!

Recently I used your website to find the name of a company that sells and installs blinds. The company is called Just Blinds and it serves the central Ohio area. I spoke with Revan MQueen who was polite and helpful, more than willing to accommodate my schedule when making an in-home appointment. During the appointment, Revan brought many samples of varying colors and styles. He was very adept at helping us determine what style and colors work in my home. He measured accurately and placed the order for us. The window treatments arrived after a short amount of time and we were able to make an installation appointment with ease. Revan and Barry came to our house, installed the treatments in minutes, and cleaned up afterward which was very appreciated. I highly, with no reservations, recommend this company. All work, from estimation, take down and disposal of old blinds and shades to installation of new blinds and shades were performed with the utmost of professionalism and customer focus. Revan was a delight to work with providing much needed advice and options to meet our needs and budget. Take down and installation took only a couple of hours...measurements and finalization of our selections took longer than the installation. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to update their home with beautiful and quality window shades and blinds, give Just Blinds a call. We checked a number of companies and while they were slightly more expensive, the quality and service were well worth it.

We had a great experience with this purchase. The selection process was pleasant and all of our questions were answered. The installation went well, but there was a problem with the blinds for the sliding glass door. They didn't hesitate to request a replacement with a different model from the manufacturer. The replacement had a small defect, so they immediately requested another replacement, which worked out perfectly. They are very committed to client satisfaction.

They simply did GREAT! I just left them a voicemail and they got back to me very quick. Already on the next day Barry and his son in law gave me a call and were in our house 10 minutes later. Within one hour they were able to make our shades working and adjusted the shades so the look was as it was supposed to be. One battery holder was missing and the remote was damaged- they had it all in their van and I didn´t pay for it an unreasonable price at all! Overall I would call them again in case we have some issues, questions or problems! They have a great knowledge about what they are doing and they are friendly and reliable - including fair prices!
