Very happy with the service we received from Revan. He came twice to go through options and pricing with us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had another company come give us a quote that was a lower price but we decided to go with Just Blinds because of their excellent service as well as a superior product. We've had the blinds almost a month now and couldn't be happier with the quality and design.

Revan came to our home one morning to assist us with blind treatments for our home. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the offerings from his company. He spent plenty of time with us to educate us on the different blinds, trends, etc. After deciding what our interests were he measured all of the windows and then put together a quote on the company letterhead with the pricing. My assumption was that after he had written all of this up with all of the details of the windows, measurements, etc. was that he was going to give me a copy of it. When I requested this he said that it was company policy not to give this to customers. I found this to be very strange as he eluded to the fact that if they did that they might be revealing some type of company secrets by doing so. Seriously? This after I even offered to make a copy and allow him to keep the original. He did say that after we paid for the work that they might be able to provide this to us but didn’t seem sure about this either, and then proceeded to write some of the general information on another piece of paper and give this to me in lieu of a much more detailed quote and it contained no terms and conditions, etc. and other important and applicable information. This was a big red flag for us as we had a couple of other companies come to our home and provide estimates and left us these with no problem at all. The reason that I wanted this from them was because I was taught to always get a detailed quote from any contractor so that everyone was in agreement as to what the work would be to be done and the costs. He said that at some point that they “might” be able to give this to me but was not sure. I find it very weird that any company would not provide this to their customer and an impersonal and questionable business practice. In all my years of dealing with contractors at our home for work I’ve never experienced this before. It just came off as deceiving in some way to us almost as if they might have been trying to hide something and a questionable way of dealing with us as a customer as if there was some lack of trust about us. I guess that my reasonable request was not such with them and would encourage anyone that does business with this company or any other that operates this way to proceed with caution without the ability to have an itemized quote and contract in place. As an Angie’s List customer I would advise you to ask yourself whether it be new blinds or any other work done at your home if you would pay for it without specific details as to what exactly the contractor will be doing? The bottom line and feeling from us is this. If you can't trust us as a customer then we certainly can't trust you!

Fabulous! Revan, Barry and Brent were great from beginning to end. They sell high quality products and are expert installers. The blinds look gorgeous and they even gave us a very expense honeycomb patio door shade for a marginal installation cost because it has the slightest of imperfections. Just an all around great company with high quality products. We highly recommend Just Blinds.

We have used Just Blinds in 2003 and selected the company through Angies List. We were happy with the services provided by Mr. Barry in 2003. This time also we called them. Barry's son-in-law Mr. Revan came by our house- took the measurements and provided us an estimate. He explained all the options. After the first estimate, we decided to go with energy efficient blinds. Revan made several trips to our house from estimation to installation. He was very accommodating with our schedule. They also fixed our old blinds installed by their company. Thank you Revan and Barry for the excellent service.

Just Blinds was an absolute pleasure to work with. Barry came to our house and took his time showing me multiple options for windows on two doors and windows in our master bedroom and bath. He was very respectful of our budget and helped me to choose colors that would go with the paint we had picked and with the wood trim in our home. The product we purchased was delivered in a very reasonable time, and Barry came back out to do the installation. We love the Hunter Douglas products and everything looked fantastic. More importantly, Barry was very kind and showed us install tips, how to keep the blinds and shades clean, etc. More importantly, the customer service was as excellent as the product. We will be returning customers, and we'll recommend Just Blinds to whomever is looking for window treatments.

The deposit was made and within 4 weeks the blinds were shipped to the store. Revan, his wife, and his father-in-law came out the next day to perform the installation themselves. They were here for only two hours and had the the old blinds removed and disassembled and the new blinds up and installed. Just Blinds came highly recommended to us from friends and I will gladly do the same to my friends, neighbors, and coworkers!!

Another great experience! Barry and Revan came to replace Hunter Douglas blinds that had a very minor issue. In fact when I originally called them I thought they would just fix the blinds but Revan went above and beyond - he contacted Hunter Douglas, sent pics, and the next thing I knew he and Barry had all new blinds here! They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.

Just Blinds, represented mainly by Drevan McQueen and his father-in-law, owner Barry Rosen, was highly professional and eminently friendly at the same time. As near as I can tell, this is an entirely family-operated business, so they have deeply vested interests in maintaining their reputations. I had gathered estimates about 6-8 months previously but just recently decided to proceed. When I called Drevan, he somehow immediately recognized me and just as fast recalled where I live and most of the specifics of the project we'd discussed. I was duly impressed and even a little mystified by his memory. I was also somewhat amazed at the lengths the company went to in order to save me money during the process of selecting large powered shades of varying sizes. They used a couple of different kinds of imported measuring instruments to get the shades sized perfectly; no common measuring tapes for these guys.They delivered the products and installations far faster than their estimates. Installation was quick and clean. All shades fit perfectly right down to 1/16". The ladders had special boots to prevent leaving any marks on the walls or woodwork. As soon as they were installed, I realized that I had made a mistake in choosing unpowered blinds for the ones I could reach (it prevented full automation to block sun and let in light at other times). Without a single word of complaint, Drevan went straight about removing them and packaging them for special shipment back to the factory for upgrading. That special shipment saved me a week compared to sending them on the factory truck. The cost was minimal because of money-saving options they'd advised the first time around. I've hardly ever met a vendor with a knowledge of his product as encyclopedic as Drevan's and Barry's. (If only you could meet salesmen like this in new-car showrooms! But you never will.) Only once in my 35 years of residence in the Columbus area have I encountered a company that was so impeccably good and honest that I recommended to friends that they go with them without bothering to get additional estimates (Rosati Windows). I now must add Just Blinds to that very short and exclusive list. I'd say just call Drevan and buy what he offers. I don't think you'd get a better price elsewhere, and you'd never get a business relationship that felt as much like family.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. First, they were very responsive to my initial inquiry. Then they were accommodating about scheduling an evening consultation and an evening installation. The installation went smoothly, and they did not leave a speck of dust or dirt behind. The products themselves are beautiful and sturdy. But the best part of this company is the people - Barry, Carrie, and Revan are super friendly, kind, and know what they are doing. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing window treatments.

A to Z this could not have gone better, from the initial visit from the owner, where she measured and assisted me with my order, to scheduling, to installation. All was exceptional.

My experience with this company was "Fantastic"! From the first moment of me making the initial contact for someone to come out and measure, order, and subsequently install blinds,I was treated with the highest level of professionalism. This is a family business that has apparently been around for a while and certainly knows the business. I ended up ordering the Hunter Douglas Wood blinds and although I was a little hesitant about the price, Revan (the son-in-law and installer) assured me that the quality would be worth it. Boy, was he correct. I love them! They look and feel great! I would most definitely use this company again. Many thanks to Carrie, Barry, & Revan.

We were on a tight deadline and Barry Rubens delivered. He came to the house on the day I called, gave good advice, and quickly measured all 15 windows. The custom order was delivered 8 days later, and installation was done in 2 hours. They were quick and clean. Barry even filled out the rebate form so all I needed to do was signed. He even gave me an addressed envelope (with a stamp)! Highly recommended!

They were fantastic! They gave great advice regarding the color and size of the blinds and were hugely responsive to concerns about how the blinds worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They provided the best customer service I have seen in years.
