Let's just say... I can't wait to use Just Blinds again!! The process was a breeze. I started by reviewing companies on Angie's list. I sent each an email with measurements of the windows and what I was interested in to get a ballpart estimate. Just Blinds was the only company to return my email and they got back to me within 24 hours! This was the first time that I was in the market for blinds and they made me feel comfortable from the get go. The rest of the process went just as smooth. From the initial visit until the install, the process took 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Just Blinds.

We were very impressed with Just Blinds. They came out to give an estimate on new blinds for the majority of the windows in our house within a few days of our initial call. We ordered blinds and had them installed when we were ready. They were very professional and completed the installation on time.

They were extremely knowledgeable, knowledgeable and professional. They offer wonderful products and solutions for window treatments for your home and specialize in Hunter Douglas products. I would definitively consider them for any window treatment product. I was surprised how affordable the designer window treatments were when compared to places like Budget Blinds. The prices were very comparable. Carrie and her husband are experts on window treatments and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process working with Carrie and Barry was a pleasure! We totally understand why Just Blinds has received the Super Service award for 10 years straight. These individuals have experience, expertise and professionalism which gives the consumer confidence in the product and the service. In addition, these individuals have such pleasing personalities that the experience of working with them was fun!

I contacted Just Blinds after much research to make and install custom blinds and shutters for my whole house. I made contact on my first call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate 2 days later. Barry arrived at the appointed time and brought many samples and catalogues. After Barry explained all my options he calculated a cost based upon my selections. I selected high grade composite shutters for the living room, dining room, entry and master bedroom, and high grade composite blinds for the remainder of the house. The shutters were customized so the upper slats moved independently from the lower slats. The blinds were customized with mechanical "motors" that allow them to be raised and lowered effortlessly with one hand. The treatments were ready in approximately 3 weeks and I scheduled an appointment for the following Sunday to have them installed. Barry and his son Brent arrived timely for the appointment. The products were professionally packaged to prevent damage. Brent set about installing the blinds while Barry assembled and prepared the shutters for installation. It took approximately 6 hours of work time to install 12 units throughout the house. The bulk of the time was spent installing and adjusting the shutters to compensate for irregularities in the existing window frames. The end result was as close to flawless as I could hope for. The quality and function were as promised. The blinds raise easily with one hand and the shutters look great and feel solid and secure. Barry pointed out that one set of blinds sat slightly off kilter when fully opened and I told him I probably never would have discovered that myself. He assured me I can have it fixed if I find it distracting. (I haven't done so yet) The really nice surprise was that the service matched the quality of the product. Barry and Brent were timely, professional, pleasant and funny. They worked as a well orchestrated team, efficiently and expertly installing the products. Barry asked me to examine every shutter and tweaked each until I was completely satisfied. They treated my home as if it were their own, leaving it cleaner than it was when they arrived. I did notice that a small portion of a shutter mechanism was visible from the outside of the house through one window. Barry obtained a piece of custom molding and came to my house 2 days later to install it, rendering the mechanism invisible. Every visitor to my home has made positive unsolicited comments about the appearance of the window treatments. I am extremely pleased with Just Blinds' product and service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or use them in the future.

Just Blinds did a fantastic job with the work that we requested. They were punctual for the estimate and gave us a complete estimate at the time of the original visit. Several other companies gave us estimates, but often it took several days or even as much as a week to get the price of the work. Also, it was quite clear from the outset what the price was for all services from Just Blinds. Several other companies just gave us a list for each blind and then did not include all charges (installation, etc). The work was done at the time it was promised and the installation was perfect. Also, the Hunter Douglas products are as good as their reputation and well worth the extra money. Just Blinds was willing to match a quote from a competitor that was slightly lower. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

It was an overall good experience. I can see why he is a super service provider. He was going to be late one day and called ahead of time and let us know. He was great; he put no pressure on the sale for us. He was very professional.

Carrie and Barry helped me find exactly the shutters I wanted, and did a beautiful job of installing them. The shutters are gorgeous. They also found a creative, unobtrusive, and inexpensive way to solve another problem I was having with a "sun shaft" hitting our kitchen table. I would definitely call them again, and in fact am already working with them on another project.

This may seem like a long review, but we think it makes for a fascinating story... What initially impressed us with Just Blinds was the simple fact that they were more than happy to email us an initial quote based on our own measurements, without any pressure whatsoever, while some of the other dealers would not give us any information unless we invited them to our home, or would give us a quote and immediately imply that we could haggle by asking us if anyone gave us a lower quote. Carrie and Barry Rosen of Just Blinds had no trouble giving us a quote that was fair, they came to our home and took their own measurements, and proved to be beyond professional and impeccable: They were willing to come to our home (on the other side of town from their office) several times, immediately returned phone calls, Barry's measurements were exact to the nanometer and he installed the sheer blinds quickly, competently and without any inconvenience on our part. Nobody could have been more straightforward and honest and pleasant than Carrie and Barry. We thought that was it. However, we've undertaken enough home renovation projects to know by now that with any task the question is not whether something is going to go wrong, but what exactly will most certainly go wrong. Sometimes it's due to incompetence on the part of the contractor, but other times it's bad luck, perhaps an unhappy coincidence, or just an unforeseen complication. Indeed, right after Barry installed the sheer blinds we realized that there was a problem: the color we chose made the valances look brilliantly white and interfered with our overall color scheme, which was based on muted whites. We were faced with a most confounding conundrum: My wife and I picked the color we liked, and we did not want any other color; Just Blinds fulfilled their obligation and ordered the sheer blinds we wanted and installed them without any problem per the manufacturer's specifications. This was nobody's fault and nobody was to blame, and yet we were not happy. While we loved the sheer blinds, the recessed valances stood out too much when they should have been almost indiscernible. Well, Carrie and Barry could not have been more supportive. They could have told us that they did exactly what we paid them to do, and there wasn't anything else they could do; both legally and morally they were under no obligation to resolve a situation they did not create. Instead, they came back to our home several times and they even brought the Hunter Douglas regional manager to look at the valances and see if he could come up with a solution. It was Barry who eventually solved our problem, with an idea that was both innovative and elegant: He proposed that he could get Hunter Douglas to make custom, shallow wooden valances ordinarily used for wooden blinds, which would then go over the brilliantly white recessed valances of our sheer blinds and thus hide them; he generously offered to come back and install them for free, he convinced Hunter Douglas to charge us only a nominal fee for making the valances, and he even invented a method of installing them by using L brackets and industrial strength Velcro that ended up completely concealing the brilliantly white recessed valances. Let's be clear about what happened: Barry conceived of a thoroughly new product, figured out how to install it, and he was willing to come back and install it himself, at his expense. This is not a situation where we are happy just because we were provided with excellent service; this is a contractor who goes above and beyond what we could reasonably expect, and provides awesome service. The result is stunning -- and Hunter Douglas would be wise to start selling these valances and give Barry royalties for each sale since they are his creation.

Our entire experience from start to finish with Just Blinds was wonderful! Carrie and Barry were able to come to our home to give us an estimate on our blinds on a Saturday afternoon, which is ideal for my husband and I because we both work. They did not require much advance notice and were prompt. When they came to our home, they came well prepared. They appeared to have a sample of every blind Hunter Douglas makes with them. They were both very knowledgeable about the product. Barry went through the home measuring all the windows while Carrie helped us select the blind and color for all the windows we were covering. Since we were selecting 27 blinds, it took awhile to select all the products and colors, but they were both very patient with us and offered up their suggestions, which I appreciate. Their prices were very competitive and both my husband and I felt very comfortable having them in our home so we decided to go with them on the spot (and we rarely do that). They certainly were not pushy by any means and did not expect an answer immediately. When Barry came to install the product, he wore shoe covers while in the home and did a great job installing all the blinds and cleaning up after the work. I could tell he was a perfectionist because he made sure every blind was perfectly straight and properly installed. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and knew he would treat it as his own home, if not better. The blinds have been installed for a couple weeks now, and they are all working and looking great! They sell a great product! There are three additional windows in our home that we decided to cover since they installed our 27 blinds, and we will definitely be going with them for the three additional windows! Just Blinds is a great company and Carrie and Barry are great to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for blinds!

I had contacted another company at first and didn't have a good gut feel about the estimators knowledge. I called Carrie after looking at Angies list. She basically sold me the same thing I had been looking at earlier but she was knew about the tax credit and rebate I could take advantage of which cut down the overall price considerably. The blinds came in in about two weeks and were installed the third. Husband and son installed and took an amazing amount of time and attention to get them right. I have to replace more window treatments over time and will definately use them .My blinds look phenomonal. These are people you don't mind having in your home. You can tell they have a high level of respect for their business and doing things right.

It was excellent. They were very thorough, professional, and clean. They didn't pressure us during the estimate process either.

After two horrible experiences trying to get new blinds for three large windows, I called Barry with Just Blinds. He and his wife Carrie came to my home and showed me the complete line of Hunter Douglas energy efficient cellular shades. They took the time to explain the features of the different styles of shades and the controls available to raise or lower the blinds. Based on the size of the windows, and the amount of heat and cool air that escape from them, (this is a loft condo in a 100 + year-old former warehouse), we found the best shades for our needs, and chose a great color to compliment our decor. The shades were installed less than 2 weeks after I ordered them, and Barry and an assistant had all three installed within an hour.

The blinds qualified for a tax credit so we'll be getting some of the money back. Mrs. Rosen came out to the house to do the estimate and provided a wide range of options regarding product and price. Very impressed with Mr. Rosen who did the install. Very helpful and polite throughout the process. Excellent service overall, will definitely do business with Just Blinds again!

I contacted Just Blinds because of the favorable reviews in Angie's List and I was not disappointed. Barry provided prompt, good service, along with quick delivery and installation. In short, I love my new blinds. They are very rich looking and I have gotten many compliments. Working with Barry of Just Blinds was an excellent experience and I would definitely use him again.

I had read the reviews on Angie's List and everyone had raved about them. They were really accurate. We wanted to match blinds that we already in our house. They knew what we needed, they were on time, they said they would be done in a certain period of time and they were even earlier. My daughter works full time and they came when it was convenient for her. When you have someone who not only sells the product, but also installs it like them you get much better service.

I e-mailed Just Blinds from their website, and Barry Rosen, the owner, called me later that same day. We made an appointment for a few days later. Barry arrived promptly with numerous samples and took a look at the skylights that needed blinds. Together we came to a decision on color and fabric, Barry measured the skylights (not an easy task since our ceilings are quite hight) and gave me an estimate. I called him a few days later to confirm the order. The blinds arrived about two weeks later and were installed shortly after by Barry and his son. Then Barry spent some time making sure I could open and close them easily and that I was satisfied. The blinds look great and perform well. They are quite expensive, but after my experience with cheaper blinds, I felt they were well worth the extra cost. I will probably have Barry back before long to replace some other blinds that are fairly new but are already ceasing to work properly. Barry was very personable and easy to work with. He obviously knows his product and is an expert in installation.

After getting the run around several times from Budget Blinds (avoid them!), we called Just Blinds. They got back to us immediately, and came the next day. Barry was very friendly, professional, put up with our pain-in-the-neck dogs, and did a very careful and thorough job fixing these blinds. The price was very reasonable, we thought. We wish we had gone with his company the first time.

We are pleased to recommend Just Blinds. We called them after being told by another company that our mini-blinds could not be restrung. We thought we would need to buy new mini-blinds and called Just Blinds. The co-owner, Barry Rosen, came to our home and took a look at our mini-blinds. He said he could restring them, and proceeded to do so. They are now like new. He also assisted us in finding a company that would restring our Roman Shades, which he does not do. He charged only his trip charge and we are very appreciative of his help.

From start to finish the job was perfect.

This is the second time I have ordered window treatments from Just Blinds - I could not be more pleased with the new shutters. The wife came in first, showed me the samples and did the measuring. She did a very good job. They carry Hunter Douglas which is a good product and I was able to choose what I wanted. The installation didn't take long at all and went fine.

When I initially called I left a message. Just Blinds returned my call within a couple of hours. They came to my home within a week to meet with me and get measurments. These folks a great! They are the kind of people that you feel like you have known for years. My order came in quickly and was installed just as quickly. I was very surprised that it only took them an hour to install 14 blinds! Which was great because I work for myself and my time is limited. I am thrilled with my experience with Just Blinds and happy to have used a hard working, family owned local business. Thanks Just Blinds!
