Just Blinds

Carrie and Barry met us at our new home which was being totally remodeled. They brought so many samples for us to choose from and we chose window shades that look fabulous. The shades have no strings to pull and the look is quite contemporary. All the window coverings were custom made by Hunter Douglas.

Called Barry prepared to buy new wood blinds for my 1 st floor windows (huge expense), and move the current blinds upstairs into windows where the blinds are broke. Barry informed me that Hunter Douglas blinds were guaranteed and that I could probably just repair the ones that were no longer working. Barry came over promptly and looked over all the blinds that were not working and tried to repair them on the spot, however could not so he called Hunter Douglas and then he took broken blinds with him to box up and send back to Hunter Douglas. We did end up buying new blinds for one of our rooms. They are fabulous, he installed them today and they are beautiful! I actually didn't even get another estimate, since he was being so helpful and expedient, he went above and beyond! Still waiting on the repaired blinds to come from Hunter Douglas, but I am sure they will be great!

We were in a hurry to get blinds up in all the windows of our new house, which we were to move into in the next week. 5 of the windows are very big and the concern for privacy once the sun went down was important. After checking Angie's List I called "Just Blinds". Carrie called back timely and gave me a cost idea over the phone, based on the window measurements I had. She noted that Hunter Douglas was the only product they worked with. My wife is familiar with the quality of H-D and she "informed" me that she would like H-D. I am quite comfortable installing blinds so we checked on-line to see what it would cost to do it ourself, though we could not price H-D. After weighing our options, we decided to call Carrie back and avoid the stress. I spoke with her a bit about our needs and was comfortable with what she was telling me. She then met us at the house, as it was being finished, and took measurements for our order and reviewed with us our blind options and colors. She gave us paper blinds to use until the order was in. When the blinds were installed Barry noted one blind as not meeting his expectations so he had a replacement ordered, and came out and replaced it a couple weeks later. We were very pleased with our interactions with Carrie and Barry. They are both open and direct, professional, and were good to work with. We are happy with the blinds, the installation,and recommend others consider Just Blinds for their needs.

We called Just Blinds for an estimate for 2" white wood blinds for our home. Both Carrie and Barry Rosen came for the estimate. They showed us different types, qualities and features, took measurements and provided an estimate. Very enjoyable couple. We received three estimates, and based on quality and price, along with the assurances from Carrie and Barry, we decided to go with the Hunter-Douglas product from Just Blinds. They indicated delivery would be three weeks; however, the blinds came after only two weeks, and were installed a few days later by Barry and his son. They did a great job and we are very happy with our decision.

I worked with Carrie and Barry about 2 1/2 years ago on blinds/shades for a master bedroom addition and family room remodel. I called them again for the shades in the dining room and sitting room. As always, they were a pleasure to work with in every way; punctual and friendly with great product knowledge. They delivered (and expertly installed!) exactly what we ordered. They even had a record of what I had previously ordered so that I could make sure I got the same color!

Carrie and Barry were very thorough and knowledgable when they came out to go over our choices. The products that they offer are of top quality, and we chose 2" wood blinds from Hunter Douglas. The installation process was so easy! I figured (having attempted to install my own blinds in the past) that installation would be a real pain. It wasn't. Barry had all 18 blinds installed within a few hours. They look beautiful and we are so pleased with our purchase. We would highly recommend Just Blinds.

The install went great. The day I moved in to my home, they installed paper blinds so my home had privacy until my order came in. It's 5 years later and the products ordered are great. My only regret is that I didn't do the upstairs too.

The Rosens are fabulous. They listen, offer helpful suggestions, get the work done quickly and are funny! No bad surprises. They also fiaxed some blinds that were installed years ago that had some wear and tear (for free)

Wonderful! I had contacted several vendors to get quotes and service information. Barry Rosen called me back within an hour and arranged a meeting at the facility to quote the job. He arrived on time (unlike some of the vendors) and was well-prepared with books and samples. Barry was friendly and very willing to take the time to explain all the options and listen to what we wanted. We visited several times, and Barry was always very patient and thorough, making sure I was getting exactly what we wanted. The installation went beautifully. Barry and his assistant moved through the facility quickly, cleaning up as they went, After the installation, they went back and inspected everything to be sure it was perfect. There was one edge piece that was slightly too short. I personally couldn't tell it was too short, but Barry was not satisfied, so he re-cut and installed the new piece. We are very happy that we used Just Blinds. The price and quality were exceptional, and we know the blinds and shades are guaranteed. We will use Just Blinds in our next clinic, and absolutely will use them for any new blinds at home as well.

This is a very professional, efficient, congenial company to work with. The replacement blind was installed in a bedroom with an eastern exposure -- very bright in the a.m. The blind's blackout feature is perfect. We couldn't be better pleased. We will recommend this company and will call them again if the need arises.

I am very happy with my new blinds and can't believe I waited so long to get them. Just Blinds made the process painless and were able to install my blinds within three weeks from the purchase date. They came out to my house with samples and helped me pick out blinds that would fit my needs. They showed me various options and were very upfront about costs of different blinds and features. I checked on Angie's List for help in adding privacy and warmth to four windows in two guests bedrooms. I sent Just Blinds an email. They called me back within hours and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on 02/09/12 for the first appointment exactly as planned. Barry, one of the owners of Just Blinds came to my home and explained all the options. I choose blinds by HunterDouglas, Applause Honeycomb cordless in a beautiful color. Barry took measurements and ordered blinds on the same day. On 02/15/12 they were perfectly installed by Barry. It was easy, fast, and top quality.

Carrie and Barry made the process super easy from initial phone call through installation. They are a pleasure to deal with. I had been fearful because of the difficulty of the window but Barry's a pro, there's probably nothing he couldn't handle. I really appreciate Carrie's help, knowledge, and relaxed demeanor. They don't make you feel rushed and Carrie offers to work up different quotes if you're undecided. They made the one thing I dread and hate a pleasure. I couldn't be happier.

Barry came out to my house the day after I contacted him. I ordered three wood blinds. They were delivered approximately two weeks later and Barry installed them. Service and quality were great. I will certainly recommend Just Blinds to others.

One of our existing blinds broke (for the 2nd time in 5 years). So, I got on Angie's List looking for a new company to purchase blinds. I found Just Blinds. Since they were a local company, I decided to call (since I had used a national chain before and was very disappointed). Carrie and Barry were just great. They called me back on Sunday and scheduled an appt within a few days. The sales experience was great. We were replacing woven blinds, which are pretty expensive. So, we only wanted to replace the broken blind, not the other blind in the same room. Carrie and Barry worked with us to find the closest match and didn't pressure us about buying another to match (which was refreshing). We had our blind in 3 weeks (exactly in the time they stated) and Barry came by and installed it. Overall, it was a great experience. One of our other blinds is showing some wear (honeycome this time). I know I will call Carrie and Barry when it is time to replace that one as well. I highly recommend them.

We had a great time working with Carrie and Barry while picking out window treatments for our dining room windows. They were thorough, knowledgeable of the many products they have to offer and very helpful. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase window treatments with them. But so glad we did and we would recommend them to anyone! Barry did a great job with the installation and now our dining room looks complete!
