Just Blinds

Very well. The company is run by a wife (sales person) and husband (installer). Both were very congenial. I didn't compare prices so I don't know how to rate the price. Re the "Band of Neighbors," I'm not clear on what that is.

They did a really good job. They were very personable. They did a wonderful job.

Barry was quick to return my call and was able to set up an appointment the next day. He came when promised (even a little early after calling first), and di the work quickly and efficiently. Pleasure to work with.

The blinds came in ahead of schedule. Barry and his son did an excellent job! Everything looks perfect!

Wonderfully! Barry and Carrie Rosen have sold us pleated shades in our upstairs and we loved them! So, when we needed blinds for our new room, we called them and they were very helpful. They asked the types of blinds we might be interested in, brought out samples of the blinds and fabrics for us to choose from, and then came out to install them. Everything went beautifully and Carrie and Barry were a delight to work with! We would highly recommend their services and products!

We had 3 new windows installed and we needed new blinds. We got the company's name off Angies list. They gave us a price and we had them installed. They prompt in all dealings and we really like the blinds. Our ratings speak for themselves.

I called Just Blinds for an estimate to provide new 2" wooden blinds for my condo consisting of approximately 13 windows. My phone call was returned promptly and a visit was scheduled within 1 or 2 days. Barry and Carrie arrived on time with samples and explained the various choices that I could make. They then proceeded to measure all my windows and gave me a quote on the spot. I decided to order the blinds that evening and in less than 2 weeks my blinds had arrived and were installed by Barry and his son. Throughout the process, Barry, Carrie and their son were very professional. The installation went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Just Blinds to anyone who is considering purchasing new blinds and would use them again should the need arise.

I initially emailed Barry to find out if I could purchase and have installed just one blind on a second story window in my new home. I was worried that perhaps the job might be too small. Barry called me back within a half hour after receiving my email and said it was not too small of a job and set up an appointment. He arrived at our appointment exactly on time to choose and order the blind. About a week later the blind came in and we set up an appointment for install. Barry and his son-in-law arrived exactly on time and installed the blind perfectly. I highly recommend Just Blinds and would definitely use them again in the future!

Carrie and Barry Rosen were excellent to work with. Family run business and the son-in-law Revan was terrific as well. They were continually in contact, arrived on time, fixed any issues with manufacturer mishaps...Would definitely recommend them to anyone replacing blinds in their home.

I called for an appointment. they scheduled to our convenience, arrived on time, shlepped many samples because we had no idea what to put on our floor to ceiling windows. They showed and explained the different options. The carefully measured. They arrived right on time to install. They were very friendly. We love the blinds and they work perfectly. When one of the blinds that we had wanted was not available in the size we needed, they called the distributor and were able to have them made at the size we needed.

Barry and Carrie were very punctual and efficient. They know their products well and made suggestions as needed. The installation was quick and they cleaned their prep areas well. The product is top quality.

Barry & Carrie spent approx 2 hours educating us about the different treatment styles & helping us select the perfect product. We ended up going with roman shades for our (6) large windows, (3) are controlled by remote. A few short weeks later, Barry & his son came to install the new shades & show us how to use & program the remote. Even left us with a nice duster. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Barry & Carrie came to our new home and very quickly and professionally discussed our must haves, wants, and overall needs for blinds. They listened and found the right blinds/shades to make sure they met the price point we were comfortable spending. They installed temporary shades in the necessary rooms until the permanent blinds came in for installation. Thier measurements were done accurately. The final products were installed on the exact date as promised. It was done quickly and professionally. We would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of blinds/shades.

Carrie and Barry are very knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglas products and helpful during the decision-making process. Our order came in ahead of schedule, and the installation was scheduled quickly. We had some small problems with a couple of the blinds, but Barry came right back out and was able to take care of it. We had a great experience with Just Blinds. We were looking at putting in shutters in a bay window in addition to a large kitchen window and bathroom window (5 total windows) - but we were honestly not completely sure what we needed or what was possible. We received prompt email responses, prompt estimates (when Barry came out to show us what the options were), and very prompt installation. Barry did a great job of showing us some better price point options that would do the same as shutters and saved us at least $1,000 to still get the look we wanted - he could have easily just told us shutters were the best - but he didn't. He got us what was best for us. I used Angies List to find Just Blinds and I'm glad I did. Will definitely use again.

Carrie came for the measurements and estimates. Barry came and installed the blinds. The products was high quality at a fair price and the service was very friendly. Both parties took time to answer all questions and went out of their way to address our needs in a very ethical way.

From start to finish, working with Carrie and Barry at Just Blinds was an easy and enjoyable experience. Carrie came out and demonstrated the various products and then measured all the windows. After I selected the wood blinds that I wanted, she gave me an estimate on the spot. I agreed to the price and Carrie ordered my blinds. Less than 2 weeks later, Barry called and we set up an installation time. Barry and his son in law did a great job taking down the old blinds and installing the new ones. They also took the time to clean up and demonstrate how to care for my new blinds. I absolutely love my new blinds and would recommend Just Blinds to anyone.

This company was wonderful to work with! They were very professional and considerate. It was easy to work with them to find exactly what we wanted without trying to be sold up for more services. It was especially nice to be working with a family business.

The overall experience was very smooth, professional. They took time and detail in measuring as well as offering a lot of great choices.

When I initally called Just Blinds, I got the company voice mail, but Carrie returned my call within an hour of my leaving message. She was so helpful, professional and extremely courteous. She explained that they use Hunter Douglas products and gave me some idea's to check out on the Hunter Douglas site. She even told me about this cool HD app which is avaiable on iPad, where you can take a photo of the window(s) neeeding the treatment and apply different products from the app to the photo so that you have a visual of what it may look like. Because of conflicts in our schedule, I was unable to set up the meeting at that time. I told her I would call her back to schedule but in the meantime, we have decided to go with a 'lesser' priced product, although we love, love all the Hunter Douglas items we saw.

I called three of the "A" rated providers of window coverings on Angie's list. Each returned my call but Carrie from Just Blinds called to ask some questions about what I might be thinking and how their company could best meet my needs. We scheduled an appointment. She and her husband Barry came exactly at the time scheduled. They came with samples that matched perfectly the color of my baseboards. They recommended 2" wooden Hunter Douglas blinds and showed me several different qualities explaining in detail the difference. No high pressure to select a more expensive type. I ordered blinds for each of the three windows in the room and three more windows in my dining room. Barry measured the windows for the rest of the house but I didn't feel I wanted to spend the additional money at that time. He was very nice and said if I ever wanted to order additional blinds he would have the measurements. The blinds came in as promised and Barry and his able assistant installed the blinds and cleaned up everything. I was so pleased with the way everything looked and their professionalism that I ordered blinds for my living room. I would recommend them to anyone.

I didn't have a very good experience. It seemed like the husband and wife team was mismatched as far as customer service skills. They came and installed the blinds but they left the strings too long so they were on the floor and when i put the blinds up they went up crooked. I thought it was a fault in the blinds themselves. I asked about it but they never came back out to follow up with me so I had someone else come out and they said the curtains just weren't set up correctly so they folded right.

Response to my inquiry was prompt. We wanted mini-blinds and color was our major concern. Once it was established that the company had what I was looking for an order was placed and installed professionally. The service provided and the quality of the blinds could not have been better.

Barry and Carrie came to our house for a design consultation, helped us choose our blinds, measured all of the windows for the custom blinds. About two weeks later, they returned and installed all of the blinds. This is our second time using Just Blinds and both times we have been very happy with their product and service.
