Two men crew arrived on time, were very professional and removed all items quickly. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend this company.

John was very professional and honest, which we really appreciated. We had requested that he put down a second coat of sealant and seal the cracks (for an additional charge), but he stated that the way he applied his sealant - one coat would be sufficient - which it was. He advised us that sealing the cracks would not help the driveway cracks as the previous homeowner had put a cap on the driveway instead of replacing it and it was the cap that was cracking. He gave us the names of two companies - one that would replace with blacktop and one that would replace with concrete. We appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to out neighbors.

We called and had Junk King come out to give us a quote. They called ahead of time when they were on their way and arrived when promised. Zach and his coworker were very friendly and professional and the quote was reasonable and fair. We scheduled a date to have the work done and they arrived once again on time. They helped us go through the items in the storage unit (as we were unaware of the contents) and let us decide whether items were "keep" or "haul". There ended up being 2 truckloads (which was on par with what they had quoted) and the price was very fair. They were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again.

The guys were really friendly and professional, and I appreciated their advice and honesty. I would definitely use them again. The only small negative was that they called to say they were on their way, and they arrived almost an hour and a half later. Not a big deal, but it could be an area for improvement.

Scheduled a date for the company to provide an estimate to remove sofas, chairs, TV's, old computers, dehumidifiers, etc. from 3 levels of home and also remove numerous heavy items from garage. Office personnel were very efficient and helpful in setting up an appointment to provide a free estimate. Crew arrived right on schedule, did a walk through and immediately provided their quote, which I found very fair. They asked if I wanted them to do the work immediately or schedule a future date. I opted to get the job done right away and they dove into it, completing the work in less than 2 hours. They were extremely professional, hard working and friendly. They took great care not to cause any damage whatsoever to walls and marble floors, despite the considerable bulk and weight of many items, and it was very clear that they were experienced with work of this type. I chose Junk King after reviewing many companies on Angie's List and this company, justifiably, had the best reviews and ratings. I also visited their comprehensive web site and was sold. They are a family owned and operated business, which I prefer to use for all our home services, and they exceeded my expectations by a mile. I will use them for all future needs and will strongly recommend them to all our friends and neighbors.

Great - They were on time - took care to not mess up walls as they carried materials from basement, garage and attic. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were able to come earlier than expected. Both men were friendly and courteous and they went the extra mile by removing my old water softener unit from the basement. I will use this company again in the future.

I called and met the owner at the garage and showed him what we wanted moved away. He gave me an estimate which I felt was fair. The first day that was scheduled turned out to be a wet day so we agreed to wait for the storms to pass. Two days later the entire trash pile was removed. I estimate there was two trucks of concrete/bushes and trash that were removed. I am very pleased with the job in all respects and would use them again if I needed the service.

We were called 15minutes before they arrived. The workers were polite, identified themselves and got right to work. You never know with a service....a dirty guy and a beat up truck might show up. Not the case, dressed in their Junk King shirts, they represented their company well! Yes your moving junk, but we felt like they were professional and respectful or our stuff and our time! They got on ladders and pulled out boxes and things that there was no way we could have moved ourselves. I have already told two friends about them.

Scheduled an appointment on the Junk King website. Got a confirmation email very shortly thereafter. The crew arrived during the agreed upon window of time, calling when they were about 15 - 30 minutes out. Took about 30 minutes for the two man crew to remove all the debris. In addition to being hard workers, they were professional, personable, and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire Junk King in the future.

They arrived on time. They removed the items and loaded into their truck in around 15 minutes. They were professional.

The service was originally scheduled for a Friday morning, but had to be rescheduled at the last minute to the following Monday because of a personnel problem. They were very accommodating about being able to come back the following Monday and were very professional in hauling out the items I needed to have removed. I would certainly use this company again.

They did a great job. This was a very dirty, difficult job.

It went great. The guys showed up on time and did everything very quickly. Some items were heavy, with one sleeper sofa particularly difficult to handle. A door had to be removed to remove the sofa, and it was all done very efficiently. I could not have been happier.

Went great. Two guys showed up with their truck. We had a pile of construction debris at the side of the house and in our garage. They loaded and hauled away everything. The only thing I did not care for was the lack of communication within the business. The guys didn't seem to know that I had purchased an Angie's Deal although this was mentioned to the company when the appointment was made. They honored it but I initially was hesitant that they wouldn't and then I also had to explain how this was already paid in advance.

Everything went very well! The guys called and let me know when they should arrive, were timely, and worked quickly and efficiently! I have no complaints and will definitely use Junk King
