Everyone from my telephone office contact to the guys performing the actual service was awesome!! I will use them for all of my junk removal needs.

They were on time. They gave me an estimate, but the final bill was way below the estimate. Both of the men were very understanding and used patience. It was difficult to give away sentimental stuff, and they were great.

Super great service and very kind workers. The two men who came out were professional and friendly. Earlier in the day they thought they would be late so they called twice and still apologized when the arrived. To me, same day service was worth waiting, but they were barely past schedule. The level of courtesy was amazing. The price was fantastic as well. Highly, highly recommend.

Needed bedroom furniture hauled away in time for the delivery of new bedroom furniture. They were quick to schedule but because my job was small ($98), I could not use the coupon I bought from Angies list for $50 off $100 junk removal. Although, the guys were very professional and did not bang up the walls.

They came right on time. I showed them what needed to be taken. They took everything that I needed them to take. Service was perfect. I have used them before and had similar results.

The crew was quick, professional and efficient. The only complaint I have is that there was what appears to be greasy footsteps on my carpet (not a problem since I am replacing the rug) and on the cellar steps which I will have to attempt to clean.

In preparation for putting our house up for sale and moving, we had already gone through everything and given away some items, which left junk and additional items that could be donated and/or resold. After contacting Junk King through Angie's List, we received a quick response and set up a time on a Saturday, which suited our schedules perfectly! We received a phone call that they were on their way and when to expect them. They arrived on time and were very careful of vehicles in the parking lot when backing up their truck to load. After a review of the items we wanted removed, they provided an estimate. After approval, they proceeded to remove the items, which filled up half of one of their Junk King hauling trucks (and was equivalent to about two pick-up truck loads, give or take). They swept up the area, received the check and a tip, and quickly left. An example of the items they removed include: chair and ottoman, potting bench, metal patio awning frame, wooden bar, wooden tool shelves from basement, old carpeting, metal filing cabinet, misc. bags of clothing and other donatable items, and misc. junk/trash items. We found the two gentlemen to be very professional and pleasant. They worked very quickly, without standing around talking or taking breaks, and were very respectful to our property and us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Junk King or use them again. Excellent company!

Erik was wonderful, his guys showed up on time, was able to give estimate on the spot and start working within 1/2 hour. I Highly recommend Junk King!

When we moved, we discovered the previous owners had left misc. construction materials in the garage. Bags of grout, boxes of ceramic tile, etc Then we removed the hideous window treatments that were on every window and needed to get rid of those as well. I set up the appointment for pick up easily on the their website. I was able to schedule the date and 2 hour window of time that was convenient to me. I estimated what my cost/size of truck space would be based upon what a similar size load had been with another junk hauling company that I had used several years ago. I was THRILLED when the Junk King guys arrived in a BIG truck! NOT a dinky, unrealistic size truck that the other company had used! It was a REAL truck! When they told me what the cost would be, it was less than what I had estimated! Less by $100 !!!! Wooowhooo! The two guys that hauled away the junk were courteous, professional and loaded the items quickly. I will definitely call Junk King in the future if we need more stuff hauled away!

Overall, from what I remember it was okay. I had an old hot tub and some old TVs and stuff that I just needed to get hauled away for garbage. I guess as I had looked into different places so it went as expected, well. Overall I would grade them an 'A', service wise and for all the categories, absolutely. I didn't have any problems.

They were good to work with. There were three people here doing the work. They did everything I had asked but did go over board. This is the 3rd time I had used them.

they removed all we ask, I feel even with the "Deal" $100 is high.

It went really well. Pricing was great for the amount of work they did.

They were a little late, but I received a call within my appointment window informing me of them running late. The guys gave me a good estimate and cleared everything out faster than expected. Would recommend.

They were great. It was a short notice call and they were there in 2 hours. They were very responsive and very professional. I found them on Angie's List. They have a lot of good reviews. I would give A's for everything. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The removal of the hot tub went exactly as described. The workers were professional and completed the job quickly. I would hire them again.

Well worth it...it weighted 1,000 pounds and had to go up a narrow staircase.

It was fine. Everything went as plan. They took 1 truck load.

Not well, I describe the kind and volume of material that I needed removed and then a price was coated. When the crew arrived the truck was already over half full. The had issue with removing the materials from the basement. Also the poor arrangement of the material in the truck created a problem in getting the remaining amount. They finally did load the materials and leave. I should mentioned that they backed the truck into my gutter. We exchanged some of the cost for the repair cost on the gutter.

They did fine! The only negative was that they were 20 minutes late.

Junk King is always prompt, professional and right on with their estimates. We have used them four times now and I would use them again any time I have junk that needs to be hauled away.

They were excellent and I plan to call them again. They just took out everything I ask them to do with the stocks. Some of it was heavy. They just simply cleaned out years and years worth of stocks that came later in one of the garage. I had to add $65 on what I had on the deal because there were more than they allowed. They were allowed a quarter of the truck and it was more than that. They were pleasant guys.
