Description of Work: Removed a large amount of TV's, computer, Office items etc. They did a great job and cleaned up afterward. They worked very hard to fit a 42" TV into the truck. Due to a previous pick-up from other local, they had to empty truck and returned in very good time for the remainder of our items. Well worth the price and will use them again when necessary.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List big deal from Junk King for $148 in February. I scheduled service for this hauling telling the scheduler that I did not want the items hauled away, but moved from my basement to my garage. She said this was OK. When the haulers from Junk King came to move my items, they refused to move them, and said that could only haul the items away. I spoke to their supervisor and informed him that I had received approval from their scheduler. He simply said that she was wrong.

Description of Work: Two guys from the company came out to haul several items from the backyard -- included old fencing, old unused concrete bags that had calcified :>), junk from the deck; They ran over an hour late apparently due to overloaded schedule that day -- Other than that, they were very professional, courteous and once there, they got everything picked up and loaded in about an hour or so -- yes i would recommend and use again -- extra $40 bucks on my tab due to having a little more junk than the deal price covered, but they told me in advance and I OK'd it

Description of Work: Junk King removed numerous items from a storage container that I no longer needed. They also carried additional items from the basement to their truck. Professional, efficient and clean. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Had bags of mulch the city of Dublin did not take because they got wet and weighted down. Junk King happily took at 20 of the bags from our street, no questions asked. Great service!

Description of Work: We're in the process of selling Mom's house. Auction people had been there earlier in the week and had taken everything that could be sold, however, as you'd expect, there was a lot of stuff not sell-able and in a big pile in one part of the house as well as an outdoor shed. Given a rapidly approaching closing date, I needed service quickly to remove all the junk. I called on Wednesday and Junk King was able to schedule a Thursday pick-up. The time range I was given was 1-3 p.m. I called around 2:20 to confirm they were on-track to arrive by 3 p.m. but was told they were running behind. The crew called back quickly and gave me an updated arrival time of 4:20 but did not arrive until 5 p.m. (They were coming from Hilliard to Sunbury.) Once they got to the house they were very professional and efficient. Everything was cleared out in an hour! They also discounted their rate for me. Other than punctuality, the guys were great and I would use them again.
