Description of Work: Removed a large amount of trash and household items from our basement and garage. They were always on time in estimate and on the day of the service. It was a fast turnaround and all expectations were met.

Description of Work: They removed several pieces of old, heavy furniture. The young men who did the job were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Came and hauled a way a big pile of stuff in the basement. They said it took over 3/4s of one of their trucks. They bill based on how much stuff they take and I didn't have to do any hard work, they did all the heavy lifting without any complaints.

Description of Work: Removed a lot of old items out of garage. Mostly old heavy wood items and doors. They called earlier than expected and stated they were ahead of schedule which worked fine for me. They listened to my requests, quoted the price and went straight to work. They were fast and efficient considering the size of some of the items. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Junk King sent two guys who collected some furniture from our basement and a chimera from the back deck. They were fast and effcient and then out of there. The deal we bought was for a 1/4 truck load and even though we didn't fill the space, it was worth it to save my husband's back and get the stuff out of the house. Would definiately use them again.

Description of Work: I took the day off on a Friday and arranged for them to come for an afternoon appointment. I wanted some junk removed from my garage. That day, the workers finally arrived 2 and 1/2 hours after the end of the window (they were supposed to arrive between 2 and 4, came over finally at 6:30). I was informed by the lead worker that a. they didn't have enough room in the truck; b. the items were too heavy for the 2 available workers to move; and c. there were too many items I was asking them to move. After I reminded the lead worker that they were a. late and b. it was pretty absurd they were refusing to even try to do work I'd already paid for, the lead worker relucteantly agreed to come back before 5pm on Saturday to do the work. The next day, Saturday, 2 different workers arrived at 5:30. They worked until 6:30 and completely cleaned out my garage, going above and beyond what I expected. So I appreciated that they did the work, but did not appreciate the struggle I had to go through to get them to do it.
