They did not respond to the AL online coupon offer. I called their office, and they showed up on time the next day. I was first quoted $350, which I felt was too high for what was not a majorly large load. They came down to $250, which I accepted, and they completed the load. I thought my coupon should have brought it down another $25.

The Good: Scheduling online was easy. They let you pick a day and a two hour window. They take credit cards, including Amex. The three guys quickly loaded everything I needed them to take in a single trip. The Bad: They called at 12:30 to let me know they were on their way ... for my 2-4pm appointment. So I had to leave work even earlier than I had planned to meet them. The price seemed about 15% more than the value, but I was time-constrained. The Ugly: The driver told me it would be $368, but that he could charge me less if I paid cash, because if I paid cash, he could keep some of it. I almost told them to take a hike, but I needed to get rid of the stuff that day. I will not use this company again and do not recommend them.

Scheduling is easy. You can schedule online or by phone. I called one afternoon and had them arrive at 9am the next morning. The bid is simple and based on amount of material that fills their truck. The two employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They had to walk to the far back yard and they were respectful of the plants when they were carrying the wood, including some large pallets. They accept most types of payment and an email receipt came to my computer immediately, along with a $50 discount for future work or to give to a friend. This is the second time we've used Junk King and they deserve the "A" rating.

Eric called me promptly after I left a me a message with the corporate office. He went out the same day and sent me a quote the same day. They came when they were scheduled and finished the same day as they said they would. We were very impressed with their work and would hire them again.

The job was done quickly. I was thrilled to have all the junk removed. Will definitely use them again if I need to have junk removed in the future.

I bought an Angie's List deal to have some furniture removed. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was scheduled easily and the removal was very efficient. The price with the deal could not be beat. I will happily use this company again.

Made the appointment and they showed up a little early (after calling me to inform me), that impressed me Showed them the area that I wanted removed and explained my goal to get my Garage back. They surveyed that area and pointed out items that had NOT even occurred to me. Then they made suggestions on what would fit the contract. They proceeded to remove the items and cleaned up the areas in which these items had previously taken residence. Their professionalism and genuine concern was amazing. I never through that a Company that is "just" removing trash would care as much. They did inform me of items that could NOT be removed (Hazard materials including paint and old oil). Once they had their marching orders, the proceeded without constantly asking me questions. One box did have items that I still needed and they put it aside and informed me when I came back out. They cleaned up the areas where they took items and left "Thanking Me" for the opportunity. Wait, they helped ME out. Never expected a "Thank You" from them. Did not have a good handle on the total volume to be loaded. Price was never really determined except a wild guess. I believe the quote should be upfront to do the job. They were very uneasy about what the bottom line cost was going to be. Way over original estimated with no feedback after I asked them to review the total charge. Left stuff for me to clean up. Be careful up front to get a quotation and be held to the quote. This is not rocket science to determine what the cost will be.

It went great. They arrived precisely on time and worked very efficiently. A large armchair had to be taken apart for removal, and they had done that. Also cleaned after themselves. I used them before and will definitely use them again.

They were friendly and efficient. One guy accidentally tracked some mud on my carpet, but was extremely apologetic and cleaned it up to the point where I can't even tell where it was, so no harm, no foul!

I am very pleased with the service Junk King provided. I had never bought a Big Deal through Angie's List until I bought one for this company. The process went very well. I scheduled a time with a phone call. They called me earlier than my time window to see if they could come early. The men were very professional, introduced themselves and got right to work looking at what I had for them to take. They cleaned out the pile of items I had ready in the garage and even offered to sweep out the garage for me. Then they hauled boards, big pavers, rotten firewood and some junk out of the back yard. I bought this deal because the information said they would take construction material which previous dumpster services I had had would not. I had not heard of this company before but I will definitely call them again when I need this kind of service.

They were timely and professional. I had inadvertently given them my new address rather than the old address where all the junk was. They very graciously headed the other direction back to our home and removed every speck of it. I forgot to give them the coupon when they called for the credit card information, so I had to call the office to tell them about the coupon. They quickly credited my credit card with the coupon amount. It was a quick, easy and satisfying experience.
