The process was very smooth. I called on Tuesday to inquire on a quote to haul an old non-working refrigerator from our basement - they gave me a quote and scheduled the work for Thursday. When they arrived, they hauled the refrigerator to the basement. I then asked if they could haul the old barbeque - they said "sure, no problem" and gave me a quote and took that as well. This is obviously a smaller job, but it's roughly the same price as me renting a dumpster or hauling myself to the dump. Great thing is, they do all the labor. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

They were professional and extremely fast. I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others.

I called. They came when they said they would and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price and they hauled it away. I believe they recycle everything they can before disposing of they rest. Overall, good experience.

They worked inside with efficiency and care and outside in pouring rain without complaint. They are definitely worth every penny and deserve to be in Angie's List.

I was quoted $500 for the job. They were very professional. I will not use them in future. The only reason I didn’t use them was that their price was high.

9/26/11 To Whom It May Concern I called over the weekend to get someone to come out and give me an estimate for junk removal. I had cleaned out a basement and garage and the garage will filled with junk needing removal. Erik and Eddie promptly showed up with the Junk King Truck at the time of the estimate. It turned out that their fee was less than renting a dumpster which I would have had to load myself and then have an unsightly dumpster in my driveway. Erik and Eddie were very courteous and professional and cleaned out my garage very quickly. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone I come across that is in need of junk removal. Peter T - Dublin, OH

The first job at the company went well and it was a large job! The two guys who came to do the job worked for many hours carting old office furniture out to their truck and made 2 & 1/2 trips with their truck. And it was one of the hottest days of the year! For the second job,three guys removed an old, large, heavy hot tub out of my backyard which took them 2 hours to do because they had to saw the hottub apart and disassemble it. What I really loved about this company is that they quoted a price at the beginning, I paid the price and then they did the job no matter what amount of time it took.

Excellent experience. Very courteous and polite and the guys did a great job.

Scheduled free estimate online on Sunday, they confirmed the same day. Appointment was following Tues. between 8 and 10 a.m. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were here by 9:00. Gave me a price and I said I'd need a couple days to think about it so they gave me a written estimate with a 25.00 coupon. I said I'd do it today if they'd take another 100.00 off and they laughed and said how about another 50.00. Sold! They were gone in a little over an hour.

Went very well, they showed up on time, estimated how much it would cost based on what i had to get rid of and they got to work. It took them less than 15 minutes to load everything into their truck and fill out the paperwork so i could make the payment. Everything went well.

Junk King called in the morning to let us know the approximate time they would show up at our house. They showed up in a timely manner, worked hard and were fast. They did a great job and were very courteous. They even swept out our garage (where we had all of the items stored) when they were finished.

Junk-King was able to come the day after I called them. They were prompt. They came up to the apartment, took a look at the three items to be hauled, and gave me a reasonable quote. They hauled away the items quickly and with relative ease. The two men were nice and pleasant to deal with.

Eric was on time and reasonably priced. He and his partner were polite and got the job done in a timely fashion. They cleaned all remnants up and swept all trash up neat and tidy. I was delighted with the attention to detail.

Scheduled an appointment with Junk King on Wed.7/14/2010 for an estimate. The time was set for between 1&3 p.m. They called that day and said they were able to come earlier. They arrived at 11:30 a.m. We showed them what was needed to be done, they gave us a reasonable estimate, which included a 15% AngiesList discount which we agreed upon and they started to load the truck right then. They were very profressional, friendly, courteous and quick. They didn't leave a mess, no scuff marks, or dings in the walls. Some of the items they moved were very heavy,including an organ. We still don't know how they were able to lift that thing onto their truck! Nor did we think everything we wanted hauled would fit in one truck, but, they managed to get it all in there.We would definately use this company again and reccomend them to others.

First off, I want to mention that I joined Angie's List yesterday so I could write this review about Junk King. I'll use AL in the future so I'm glad to finally be a member. If you ever need trash removed (including furniture, mattresses, tires, almost anything except hazardous waste) I heartily recommend this company. I made my appointment less than 24 hours before they showed up--no waiting at all. They were right on time having called me about 20 minutes before their scheduled arrival just to let me know they were on the way. The owner of the company was accompanied by two workers. After they got to my house and after checking out my trash which was located in about 6 or 7 different areas, they gave me an estimate and assured me that they would get every last piece of trash in their truck (an embarrassingly huge amount). The estimate was for a full truck and it matched the estimate given to me by Junk King's mother company--(Junk King, Dublin/Columbus is a franchise). I had also printed a coupon from the Junk King website for 10% off a full load which was honored even tho the coupon had expired a year ago (they have other discounts for smaller loads too). The end result of hiring this company was so superb that afterwards I felt I got above and beyond what I paid for. These guys even carried into my house a very large and very heavy solid wood table that I had stored in an outdoor shed. Believe it or not they offered to do it for me without my asking them to do it. But the most wonderful and appreciated service of all for me and my back was that the most difficult thing I had to do was sit, point and watch. These guys were courteous, professional, and obviously wanted to do a good job. They even swept my driveway when they were through. I don't think there's a thing they could improve upon! Oh yes, the company recycles everything it can. The owner Eric says it's between 60 and 70%, sometimes more, of a truckload that gets recycled.

I called Junk King for help reclaiming our garage from accumulated objects that were no longer needed. The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very courteous and patient in asking me my preferences about the disposition of various items. They arranged the objects I was keeping for optimum space and access.They worked quickly and efficiently and were thoughtful in interacting with my dog. They even swept the garage floor when they were done. We love having our garage back. I am also pleased with the company's commitment to recycling the materials hauled whenever possible.

The workmen were so personable, that we spoke in more detail about the company and its efforts to recyle 75% of what it collects. You have to feel good about a company like this. They care about the environment and they care about the people in it. In addition, they wear uniforms and drive a nice truck - which gives a professional impression.

I called Junk King on Monday. They came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate. They were so upbeat and professional, and the estimate was reasonable, so I decided to have them do the work. The haulers gave us a few hours to finish getting everything together, then came back the same day with an empty truck. This was a BIG job and the Junk King guys acted like it was easy. They were pleasant, helpful, and clean. They even swept off the patio after the hot tub was removed. There was a lot of broken glass and rusty nails, and everything was handled very safely. Each item was placed in the truck in an organized way so we could get in as much as possible. I was very happy with Junk King's services, would use them again, and would recommend them to others.
