I called Junk King and they were able to come the next pm. They arrived on time and did a very fast, professional job. The team of 4 men who arrived were pleasant and efficient. They exceeded my expectations.

They showed up when they said they would be there.I used the big deal and they were very helpful. I loved the fact that they handled everything and all I had to do was say take it and then I packed up what I was keeping and they helped me put it in my car. I would use them again.

This is an excellent company that we will continue to use. We have had them come out for two different jobs. Each time they arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. On the last job they cleared out junk from our basement. They sweep the floors when they were done. At first I though the cost was a bit high, but the quality of the service was well worth it.

When Junk King came to my house and II was prepared for them to take one look at my junk and politely tell me no way. When they say they will take anything, they mean it. I had knocked down several 80-90 year old walls and built in shelves in my basement. The pile was massive, nails still protruding from the wood, covered in coal dust. When we tore these items down, we through them in a pile in the middle of the room. Three young men came in and hand carried each piece of that pile to the truck. They grabbed a broom and cleaned the whole side of the basement and they took the trash. (The bag they filled and the bag I had filled the night before.) I was impressed and thrilled with the service and would recommend them to everyone!! The price was very reasonable and they offered a service that our cities bulk pick up would not.

Called them and set up a time for them to come. I used the coupon offered through Angie's List. Zach and Brice arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. No hassles. A very good experience! I thought the price was very fair.

I signed up for the $80 big deal. I was asked to have an estimate performed, but I declined due to time and not being ready. This was a mistake on my part, as the amount of space that the $80 covered deal was not as much as I expected. The service I received was great, on-time and courteous, they carried all the 'junk' up from basement,.

I had recently installed a new toilet. I called Junk King early Monday morning. They said they could be out the same day in the afternoon between 2 and 4pm and that they would call about a half hour before arriving. They actually called earlier and arrived 25 minutes later. They were totally professional and very courteous. I would certainly use this company again.

I was given a date and time of arrival. They called approximately 1/2 hour before arriving (pretty much on time). The two men that showed up were clean-cut, appropriately dressed, and professional. They came in, gave me a price quote, which was in the ball park of the estimate I received on the phone. (They were reluctant to give a price range on the phone when I made the appointment. They did explained that the price would be quoted prior to moving the furniture, and there was no charge if I didn't accept. The price was based on how much space it would take up in the truck.) They readily accepted my Angie's List coupon, adjusted the price accordingly, removed the furniture (I'm on the second floor - no extra charge), and left. Shortly thereafter, I recieved a coupon and receipt by email.

After a death in the family I had spent two weeks packing up, giving away items to relatives and friends, and donating what I could. There were still items remaining that needed to be removed. Junk Kings were easy to work with and scheduled the pick up the day after I called. They ran a little late but called and kept me informed of their movements so I didn't need to sit around and wait. When they arrived they gave me an estimate and proceeded to remove the items (mattresses, washer and dryer, desks, bookshelves, recycling trash, and other trash). The two young men were extremely personable, professional, efficient, and STRONG. When the work was done I paid them and we talked for a little bit. I was glad to hear that Junk King recycles what it can. I would recommend their services anytime and will hire them again if the need arises.

Zach and Matt were very professional. Entered my home and took a look at the items to be removed. They made their plan and went right to work. The entire job took less than 40 minutes. I am going to have them out this summer to do a garage clean out. They stated they would be happy to perform the work.

Very nice, professional men, prompt. They gave me a quote when they arrived. They have a guideline, in which they use as to the amount of space used in their truck.

They came in and I showed them everything I wanted to be hauled away and they took them all. They gave me a guess as to how much they charge by volume, how much you fill the truck and they told me where they thought it would be and they stuck to that quote.

Scheduling their service was very easy on line, got an Angie's List discount (Thanks!). Got an appointment the very same day. The crew arrived on time and were quick and polite. Couldn't ask for much more.

The crew showed up promptly on the date and time we had agreed upon. Three crew members showed up with their truck, evaluated the items we wanted taken: a large computer cabinet in our basement, a piano in our living room, and a cracked hot tub in our garage. There were also a large number of smaller miscellaneous items. The crew leader, evaluated the project and gave us a very reasonable quote to take it all away. We agreed and they promptly began to load their truck. They all did a thorough and competent job. When they determined that the hot tub wouldn't fit into the existing truck, they called a second one to take it away without any extra charge. All of the crew members were polite and worked quickly.

The team was very professional and friendly. They removed items in garage in a quick and efficient manor. We would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. Wore clean pants and shirts - very professional, outgoing and friendly. Removed the items in garage and cheerfully retrieved other items I had in the backyard. They thanked me for my business. I will use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Though not described in the offer, the weight of the refuse exceeded the offer so additional expense was required but they picked it up, swept up most of the area surrounding it (it was an overwhelming load and they missed a couple of pieces and missed sweeping up a small area thus the "good" rating vs an "excellent one - they really were top notch!), communicated well throughout the process, and were very courteous.

Provided same-day service. Arrived on time. Two workers were clean and pleasant. They were careful not to damage wall, doors, etc. while removing large chair.

The two men arrived early in the morning and cleared everything, including wire fencing and even large chunks of concrete, from the area where the debris was piled. They were very courteous and professional and willing to take whatever was there.
