Marta at the office answered all of my questions and scheduled us for a pick up. they accomondated our schedule. They were right on time and very effecient. They did all of the work and were so professional. Both are very friendly and extremely easy to work with. We appreciated all their workmanship. I grately appreciated the fact that they do send junk to the landfills. They donate or utilize in the best way they can. That is the main reason I chose them. Went well. One concern I had ( and recommendation to the company) - Although company knew the appliance was in the basement, men did not have an appliance dolly with them so they had to carry refridgerator up the stairs. For safety reasons, all service trucks should carry the necessary equipment.
