Junk King Columbus

My experience was good. They were very prompt. They did everything for me so I did not have to anything. I have used them twice now since them.

It was excellent. It was done in one trip. They were able to take away all the stuff I wanted taken away.

The workers were polite and helpful.

Junk King arrived promptly and inspected what I wanted to haul away. I wasn't sure how much they would take, so I suggested the minimum. After they picked that up, they told me I had more room in their truck and walked around with me to see what else they could take. They took everything--beyond what I had hoped. It was basically point at what I wanted gone and it went. I will definitely use them again. They were friendly, but professional and incredibly helpful. I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to review such a fine company.

Said I could use a coupon toward my quote but when it came time to pay for the service, the guy refused. After calling and asking Junk King to inquire, I purchased a $50 coupon for $25. They would not accept it toward my purchase, after they said they would. I immediately made contact with them regarding this misrepresentation, but have not heard back from them. Would not recommend Junk King. I took time off work to meet them for quote the day before they did the job. They were very late in their arrival for the quote and for the day they did the work (but that did no require time off work, it was Saturday).

The service they turned out great. They were very professional, got the job done timely and efficiently. I have no complaints and I will use them again.

We had a couple of piles of junk and several larger items to be picked up and told Junk King where items were located for pickup. One pile was under our deck. We had more junk than the Big Deal covered (paid $69 for Big Deal) ended up paying a little more, however, they picked up everything per our request. We would use them again.

Every thing was fine except that they starched the railing on the steps going down. It was a big one and I noticed it after they left. I did not bother about it and let it go.

We needed a hot tub hauled away, and Junk King's price (with Angie's List Big Deal) was the best around. Service was easy to schedule, and the crew was prompt, thorough, and friendly.

We removed the wood boards from the top of our deck and replaced them with composite decking. We called Junk King on a Saturday afternoon and they sent a truck and crew on Tuesday to pick up the debris. Our appointment window was from 1 - 3 and they called at 1:10 to say they would arrive in ten minutes. Both young men were courteous, professional and worked quickly to remove the old boards. The boards still had old, rusty nails in them and had to be moved some distance from the back yard to the driveway and truck. The entire process took 30 minutes and the crew was pleasant and polite the entire time. We recommend Junk King and will use their service again. Thanks!

The service was great. They id a really good job, they called back right away, they came when they were supposed to, and it was in and out, and they left it all neat and it was wonderful. I did not spend any more money. I think they came the following day, so it was prompt service, and the guys were really friendly. I thought the price was very reasonable for all the stuff they hauled out of here.

They arrived on time and they loaded and hauled away all the junk their truck would hold.

The service from Junk King worked out pretty well. When we bought it, I think we thought it might be a quarter load but the guys were upfront right away and said it was probably more like half of a load. They said there would be a surcharge of 100 dollars. I appreciated that they told us right off the bat. We don't know because we don't know the weight of these loads and stuff. I actually had to call them and get them to come back. They totally offered to do this. We have this at the bottom of a basket ball mat which was basically frozen sand. They tried for 20 minutes to get that into the dumpster and it was just too heavy. It was some time in February. They said call us when the snow melts and that kind of has a chance to dry out and we should be able to pick it up. It was just full of rock solid ice. They were decent sized guys and they were working to try and get it. That is still sitting there. They did say call us when it dries and I haven't done that yet. We would be happy to come and get it. They were very courteous. They did a call ahead to make sure we were home and say that they were 15 minutes away. I would use them again. They came out probably within a week of the big deal purchase. I think we purchased it on a Thursday and they were there the following Wednesday. It was pretty quick and we wanted it to be quick as we were ready to go. It worked out really well. There were two guys to do the hauling. They just picked everything up, put it in a truck and took it away for us. We had one quote that was more expensive and one quote that was cheaper. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List to remove up to 5 cubic yards of junk. They quickly communicated with me to set-up the time and were very punctual for my appointment. They quickly removed what we needed and left the area in good, tidy shape. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again in the future.

REMOVED JUNK FROM BASEMENT. REMOVED ALL THAT WAS ASKED. TRIED TO POSTPONE APPOINTMENT AT LAST MINUTE SAID THEY WERE SCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER PICKUP AT A CITY ABOUT 3O MILES FROM HERE AT SAME TIME. MY ISSUE IS NOT WITH THE WORKERS BUT WITH THE SCHEDULER THE WORKERS WERE PUT IN AN AKWARD SITUATION. TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO REMOVE A LOT OF JUNK, THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They did everything I asked. They did a great job. They were very courteous. They were done within 10 minutes. I liked the idea that they would see if they could recycle some of it instead of just throwing it in the trash. I didn't pay any additional. I am very pleased with what they did.

this company is good; they are prompt and professional; they are capable of hauling a lot of junk for a very reasonable price; I will use them again when we are ready to sell our house and will have plenty of items to haul to the junk yard.
