They were super. The guys arrived on time and were very efficient. As the recliners were separated into two pieces, I could hear stuff rattling around in the interior of one of the recliners. I knew it must be lost earrings and other miscellaneous things from the past 8 years. One of the guys was super nice. Turning the recliners over didn't seemed to release the stuff, so he managed to tear a piece of the fabric back so I could check what was inside. Wonderful. As expected, lost earrings, pens, clips etc. I was thankful for this extra step!

Prompt, professional, called prior to arrival, scheduled with quote in advance. Great service!

They were fast and courteous. One of them went out of his way to sweep debris off of my garage floor that had fallen during the hauling.

The two gentlemen who performed the work were very punctual after calling ahead well within the time range given to me, were very polite, and did the work required very quickly and completely.

The service called when they were 20 minutes away at the beginning of the 2 hour time frame. They were polite courteous and professional. They wore booties to protect the carpet. They gave me a price range when I scheduled and we paid the lowest price. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

They called to let me know they were on there way. Showed up right on time. Looked professional. Hauled it all and then some. Even swept the garage after they were done. I don't know if the price was too high or too low. It was about the same as having a dumpster dropped but I didn't have to touch a thing or call to have a pick up so to me that is value added. And we can get to work finishing the project instead of hauling trash or waiting for a bulk pick up.

Quick response, nice employees. Price was way too high for the amount of debris and time taken. Took employees approximately 10 minutes to load. Price was far too high for the service/amount will not use or recommend!

Junk King came out quickly to provide an estimate (within a day) and then had us on the schedule two days later to remove. Better yet, since everything was outside, we didn't even have to be home for them to complete the work.

I found Junk King through a Google search for hot tub removal and came to Angie's List to find reviews. After seeing good reviews, I decided to book. Booking online was extremely easy and convenient. I was able to see what dates and time slots were available and choose accordingly. They called within an hour of our appointment window to let us know they'd be there in the next hour. Jeff and Thomas were the two men who worked with us. Once they arrived, they quickly did an assessment of what we wanted removed and provided us with the quote. They removed all items as requested all while working efficiently, and maintaining professionalism and politeness. We were very satisfied with Jeff and Thomas, the company, and the price. If we need items removed again, we will most definitely be using Junk King!
