Very well, I have no complaints. Those guys are great!

In less than 24 hrs. I received my delivery, and the driver was very courteous and did an excellent job. The Soil Plus mixture (soil + sand + ComTil) was of very high quality, and I (and my plants) have been very satisfied ! According to the driver, they recently switched to a "new" soil field along the river (Scioto), so the quality is very high right now.

After researching the company on Angie's List and gathering a few comparisons, I decided to order 7 yards of standard topsoil using Jones' on-line ordering system. The morning of the scheduled delivery date, I received a phone call from the company, informing us that they would not be able to deliver the the topsoil as ordered. It had been very rainy for days, and their inventroy of standard topsoil was muddy, and they did not want to deliver 7 yards of mess, which I greatly appreciated. Since I was on a time sensitive schedule, I inquired about the upgraded landscaper's mix soil. The company rep offered to deliver 6 yards of the this better soil for the same price. I accepted the offer. Turns out I 6 yards was the perfect amount, and six weeks later, I'm already enjoying the new lawn thanks to the soil upgrade!

This was an exceptionally good experience. I ordered the topsoil and specified the delivery date online. Their online tool for the amount of topsoil I'd need for my area gave different estimates from one I had received from a landscaping company. Initially, I selected the amount based on the landscaping company's recommendation and later decided to go with Jones' online estimate. To make the change, I just called and made the request. The order was changed with no hassle. Jones arrived on the day of delivery a few minutes before the 2-hour time window, asked how I wanted the topsoil distributed, and slung it into place in under 15 minutes. I had minimal raking to do to even it out. The amount of topsoil was absolutely spot on. My only snag was with a neighbor who was unhappy about the noise of the truck, which was no louder than the garbage truck that comes to remove trash from our street at 7am every Monday. The topsoil delivery was at 8am on a Friday. The driver did an excellent job of handling my disgruntled neighbor.

I called Jones Topsoil on a Monday and they were able to deliver the limestone on Thursday. I had to change the time (from 8am to 12 noon.) They were professional and willing to work with the customer. A sling truck was used to spread the limestone in the designated area. Jay was terrific. He obviously has experience with the sling truck and spreading the limestone in a consistent manner. I only had to smooth out a couple corners. Jay was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered 6 yards of soil using their internet site, and specified a delivery date 2 days in advance. The driver called on the day of delivery 20 min before he dropped off the soil to make sure I would be there. Driver was extremely courteous and helpful - he helped me arrange my tarp so he could dump the soil on the tarp in my driveway. The high quality soil (mixed with sand and com-till) was worth every penny! Very nice soil - I can't wait until the spring when all of our beds will be in bloom.

I found their service to be excellent. They showed up on time and did an excellent job in slinging the soil exactly where I wanted it. The driver took the time upon arrival to go over exactly where I wanted the soil and how deep in each of the areas. I was extremely pleased with the results and I had little to no additional work to further spread and level the topsoil. I plan to use them again in the near future to deliver adn spread 7 cu tons of gravel.

It went amazingly well. I ordered the dirt from their website (never had to speak to anyone) and paid by credit card. An hour later, the driver called to let me know he was on his way. The dirt was literally delivered and hour and a half after I submitted my online order - very impressed! My only complaint is that I paid extra for pulverized topsoil, and quite a bit of the soil I received contained large chunks of dirt. While the load was definitely finer than the rough topsoil, it seems it could have been more thoroughly pulverized. Also, the driver was incredibly polite and professional, but it looks like his dump truck took a rather large divot out of my driveway during the dumping process. All-in-all, very satisfied with the service.

The dumped it under a tree without damaging any limbs, which I appreciated. They follow my exact directions for the dumping.

I called the morning of 5/18/09 and they delivered a few hours later.

I was very pleased with them. If I need dirt again I will definitely use them.

It went wonderful. I had a project and they told me what I needed and wrote out exactly what I needed when they said the would. Their price was reasonable. They were prompt and friendly. Their customer service was very helpful. They made suggestions.

I have used Jones Topsoil Co. before and have always been pleased with them. This time a subcontractor delivered the gravel and deposited where it was suppose to be dumped. The only thing that I was not happy with is that there was a lot of leaves and pieces of wood in the gravel. I felt that when ordering clean gravel that is what you should get. I contacted Jones Topsoil and they said that they would speak to the subcontractor about the gravel that they deliver in the future.

They delivered the dirt about two hours after I ordered and was allowed to use a credit card over the phone which was nice. However they delivered way too much dirt and I had to give it away on Craigslist to get it out of my backyard. They probably thought they were being nice but I only ordered a yard because that was the smallest amount I could get delivered. The dirt is good quality though and my plants look great.

I friend had recommended this company to me. I like that I was able to call them with the dimensions of my yard and they calculated the amount of dirt that I would need. They arrived on time and I thought that the dirt good.

Overall it was OK. The gentleman that answered the phone was short, but he took the order and the dirt was delivered when promised.

It was good. They arrived the same day that I called and within hours. He spread it as best as he could with his truck. It was a good value. He was a nice guy.

They were late when they said they were coming they were two hours late. They seemed professional and they just dropped off the soil but did a good job.

They were on time with the delivery. I would use them in the future. They were courteous and kind. They were professional. The quality of their work was good. They were able to deliver it to me the same day. They were very responsive.

I had ask for and was told I had morning delivery. That didn't happen. The SoilPlus was worth every penny. It was great quality soil and so easy to work with. The driver who delivered the soil suggested he dump the soil in our beds rather than on the driveway as planned. What an excellent suggestion-saving us hours of work!!!!

The service was very quick. They offered to bring it out the same day but we had it delivered the next day. They showed up on time and delivered our topsoil.

This company was great. I had originally scheduled them to come on a Friday, but when I saw that the weather was going to be bad that day, I called on Thursday and asked if they could deliver that day instead. They agreed right away and delivered at the exact time I specified. The driver was actually waiting for me when I pulled in the driveway. He quickly pulled his dump truck into my driveway, dropped the topsoil exactly where I asked him to, took my check, and drove off. It was all very neat, orderly, and efficient. I love them!

The representative I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The soil was delivered the same afternoon I called.

It went very well. The man who delivered it also spread it out the best he could for me. I was very grateful to him for that.
