I was very thankful John was able to repair our 40 year old bath exhaust fan. The fan required extensive work and was located in a difficult to access space in out attic. When unexpected problems occurred, John was able to diagnose and repair the fan. He did not charge us extra for the additional time it took.

My AC was running non stop. They fixed it for me and made sure everything was working. They coordinated with my neighbor since we were out of town and he was punctual and easy to communicate with.

I have used this company many times in the past 4 years for both my home and church. All work was completed in the estimated time frames and the bills are less than we less than I/ we expected. I have never been misled by this co. or had any problems with the services rendered. Now, this is who I/we call first. The best part is the job is always cleaned up. John was slow, very disorganized, and inexperienced as apparently this was not his full-time job. We had to accommodate his late & weekend hours so he could only come after his day-time country club job. Had we known about this we would have never hired him in the first place. He damaged my wall, overcharged me for a job he didn't finish, and asked for more money and more time to finish the job. He didn't explain well what he was doing, we felt like our AC was his training ground as he billed me for all that hours & nothing got done for the hours he "inflated" as he's so slow. Do not hire him
