Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I called JMSM when two of the big names in Columbus couldn't help. He came on time, could access the part when the big names said I would have to wait until Monday, fixed it and was even cheaper. I can't give a high enough recommendation for John. We were looking at waiting 48 hours for a furnace repair, in January, when the high was in the 20s, with kids and a baby, and instead it only took a few hours. I will call John at JMSM first next time!

John was prompt and courteous. He was diligent and careful about his work which I appreciated. Our documentation did not show the codes the unit was showing. John ordered and replaced the unit and then researched the codes. When the new unit proved not o be the issue, he refunded the cost and worked through the documentation he found (not easily provided by the manufacturer). The unit is now working perfectly and we will definitely contact John for any future servicing required.

This man worked his butt off and took longer than he thought because he was very particular about his work. Even though the work took longer he didn't upcharge.

John is very thorough. He made sure to do the job right the first time and he cleaned up the work area after he finished the job. He even took the time to make sure we knew where to find the owner's manual online because there wasn't one in the box that our new over the range microwave came in. Thank you so much, John!

Service was lengthy, but he took his time to find out the problem and was able to repair it. I would recommend this company, but make sure you have several hours for the repair time.

He was very personable, knew almost exactly what I needed just by talking over the phone , very knowledgeable and friendly. Too bad we waited 8 years for something so easy and affordable to repair.
