I contacted this company after I leased a new home to discover that the previous leasee was not such a clean person. There was a horrendous odor throughout the entire home, including the basement. I contacted the company midweek and by the weekend we were able to set up a time for Ed,the owner to come over and assess the source of the problem odor. Ed went through the entire home with a black light and within a matter of minutes determined that there had indeed been a pet in the home that had urinated, defecated and vomited throughout the home in various areas, including the basement. Ed provided a quote within a few days and his crew returned within two weeks and addressed the problem areas using various cleaning techniques. In addition to the odor removal, I had requested his maid service as well as removal of some debris left by the previous owner. Upon return to the home Ed determined that some of the carpet and padding should be replaced and I agreed. As a result, some of the wood paneling had to be removed and replaced, Ed took care of this as well. Overall the job took around thirty days to finish (I wasn't in a rush, I was still living in my previous home). I was happy with the odor removal, but not so happy with the so called maid services. There was still hair and dirt on the bathroom floor and the tubs, toilets and basins had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, I did not learn of this until my move in day and I had to clean the house myself before moving in, which cost me time that I didn't really have. When I told Ed of the blunder he was very apologetic and offered to have some one else come out, but I had already taken care of the problem. Ed then offered to give me a discount. I had some lawn work done by his company on the same day, so everything balanced out. I can say that Ed is very fair and very professional. He has always made every attempt to make things right, if needed. Ed is also very fair with pricing and billing.
