Description of Work: Painted (stained) a newly constructed 12X14 pavilion in back yard. Difficult terrain (it sit over a ravine) side-lattice had to be hand painted, underside of roofing had to be done. None of these presented problems. Jim was careful regarding neighbors contiguous property, did a great job, was neat and took extra care. Prompt, good work, reasonable, clean, tidy, return calls.
