It was AWFUL!! The goldsmith came out and began berating me for purchasing a diamond via a wholesale distributor. He told me that it was people like me that were ruining his business and that if I had bought the diamond from him, he would have only charged me $150 to place the diamond. However, since I bought the diamond online he would "have to" charge me AT LEAST $500 in order for him "to make some money too." The service by this man was completely unprofessional, rude, and degrading. I have been coming to Kesser since I was in high school and will NEVER set foot in that building again.

The repairs and appraisal was done faster then expected. They did exactly what I asked for. The ring had a small diamond that was cracked. This ring was bought somewhere else. They gave a very reasonable price to replace it. unfortunately the diamond they removed just fell apart and they offered to give it to me but it was useless to me. The repair from what I can tell was done very well. The resizing was perfect when we got it back. I suspect that this task was a no brainer anyway. The appraisal was very descriptive and looked very professional. It was in line with what I expected the value to be. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The owner was even a fellow motorcyclist. (But he didn't look a biker) I had a very pleasant and professional experience.

They are always nice and very friendly. I like everything. They have a beautiful selection. They are very helpful. I would use them in the future.

It was an absolutely great experience and I am so grateful for the time that Ron took to talk with me about my jewelry and the excellent appraisals that he prepared for my insurance company. When I picked up my jewelry and the appraisals the second week of this month, I dropped off two more pieces of jewelry to be appraised. One of the items was a pair of gold and pearl earrings, which Ron has converted from clip on to pierced. I plan to pick these two items up tomorrow, Jan. 23, and the approximate cost is $150. I've never worked with a jeweler that I trust more than Ron at Kesser.

The help I received regarding choice of design was wonderful. They ordered both of the rings I was considering so I could see exactly which one I liked best. The work took only a week and I am very pleased with it. When I got home DO TO MY OWN INATTENTION, I thought that a tiny diamond was missing. After clarification I was certain no mistake had been made, but in case I was still unsure, Jim Kesser insisted he put another small diamond in the ring at no charge. He did not, in any way, owe me anything, this is just one of the many things that makes this jewelry store stand out from the others.

Excellent! I knew exactly what I wanted and they worked with me (for hours!) to make sure every detail was perfect! It was finished well before the scheduled date and came out better than I imagined. Any time I stop by, they always clean and check it for me. I have had another ring made at another jewelry store but I will go back to Kesser Jewelers.

Very good experience. They quoted ten days to be picked up. They did it in one day.

ORIGINALLY WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID IT WOULD BE $50 FOR AN APPRAISAL IF I DROPPED OFF THE RING AND WAITED 3-4 DAYS. IF I WANTED A "WHILE-YOU-WAIT" APPRAISAL IT WOULD BE $100. I CHOSE TO DROP MY RING OFF. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID MY APPRAISAL WAS READY. AWESOME PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!

APPRAISALS WERE VERY DETAILED AND RECEIVED TWO OF EACH. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. MADE THREE VISITS. WILL BUY JEWELRY FROM THEM, GREAT SERVICE. NO PRESSURE SALES. VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL.
