 + -1 moreWHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST IS THAT EVERY DAY HE ASKED FOR PARTIAL CASH PAYMENTS. THE COST STARTED AT $450 AND ENDED AT $600. HE CLAIMED THE CONCRETE WAS THICKER THAN HE THOUGHT SO HE CHARGED MORE.
Description of Work: HE BROKE THROUGH CONCRETE IN ORDER TO EXPOSE A GAS PIPE IN NEED OF REPAIR. WHEN THE PIPE WAS REPAIRED HE RETURNED TO PATCH THE CONCRETE.
