He was very pleasant, punctual and very careful. When coming into the house, he even took his shoes off. I would recommend him to everyone.

It went perfectly. Tom returned my calls promptly. He came when he said he would and brought the drapes or blinds back and they were all cleaned very nicely.

Tom James promptly returned my call requesting dining room window treatment cleaning, which he picked up from my house the next day. The window treatment consists of sheers and fabric panels which he cleaned, and returned and rehung the following day. The sheers and panels are on three separate rods which had been removed so the room could be painted, and Tom replaced the rods and then was meticulous about rehanging the fabrics in perfect alignment. All of the material was beautifully cleaned and did not shrink. Tom was very pleasant and professional. I thought the price was exceptional, especially considering the amount of work that was required.

Excellent! Mr. James arrived on time, removed the blinds, explained the process and asked what time later in the day he could return to rehang the blinds.

Excellent. Arrived at 8:30am on scheduled day, returned at the time I asked them to return (4:00pm). Very prompt, friendly, courteous and the blinds came out looking great.

Tom was prompt, courteous, and professional in his work. Turn-around time was short. The price was reasonable. The blinds, sheers, drapes, valences all look great. We have used his services before, so this was a repeat call.

TOM WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MEET US SO WE COULD GIVE HIM THE BLINDS, SINCE WE'RE FROM NEWARK. HE WAS MOST PLEASANT. DRAPES & BLINDS WERE CLEAN & DID NOT SHRINK.

TOM JAMES IS A VERY NICE PERSON TO WORK WITH. MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW IS QUITE LARGE SO THE DRAPES ARE VERY WIDE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS QUITE REASONABLE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF COMING TO MY HOME, TAKING THEM DOWN AND PUTTING THEM BACK UP, NICELY CLEANED, ALL IN THE SAME DAY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MR. JAMES. I HAD TRIED MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO CLEAN THE BLINDS MYSELF AND WAS UNABLE TO GET THEM CLEAN. HAVING SOMEONE ELSE TAKE THEM DOWN AND REHANG THEM WAS WONDERFUL. THEY CAME BACK SO CLEAN. I WAS AMAZED.

AFTER MY INITIAL CALL, TOM JAMES TOOK 2.5 DAYS TO RETURN CALL. HE LEFT A MESSAGE SAYING HE WAS LEAVING IN 10 MINUTES FOR THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK. STILL NO PHONE CALL.

THIS WAS A VERY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CALL MR. JAMES ON THE PHONE WITH NO SUCCESS, I OPTED TO REMOVE THE DRAPES MYSELF AND DRIVE THEM OVER TO HIS BUSINESS (CONFIDENT THAT HE MUST BE GOOD, AS ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS HAD INDICATED.) FINDING THE STORE WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AND IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR A NEIGHBORING BUSINESS TAKING PITY ON MY CONFUSION, I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN WHAT TO DO. APPARENTLY THE NEIGHBOR ROUTINELY COLLECTS DRAPES, BLINDS, AND PAYMENTS FOR MR. JAMES. AT ANY RATE, I LEFT THE DRAPES AND CONTINUED TO CALL THE BUSINESS TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE IN PROCESS. AT THIS POINT, I DID SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH MR. JAMES, WHO PROVED TO BE A VERY NICE MAN WHO CLEARLY NEEDS SOME CLERICAL SUPPORT! HE DROVE THE CLEANED DRAPES TO MY HOME IN A TIMELY FASHION. I DO NOT FEEL I CAN TRULY COMMENT ON THE PRICE, AS THIS WAS THE FIRST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD DRY CLEANING DRAPES. THE OLD FABRIC SURVIVED THE PROCESS WELL AND LOOK GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY NICE GENTLEMEN. THEY EVEN REMOVED THEIR SHOE WHEN ENTERING MY HOME.

HE DOES A GREAT JOB. HE TAKES THEM DOWN, BACK TO HIS SHOP, CLEANS THEM AND RE HANGS THEM.

VERY SATISFACTORY. HE GETS AN "A" FROM ME.

THEY WERE SO NICE! THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID. THEY SAID THEY WOULDN''T SHRINK MY DRAPES, AND THEY DIDN''T. AFTER THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK UP AT THE WINDOWS, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE--EXCEPT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANER, OF COURSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
