Jack Turner Concrete

The overall job went very smooth from beginning to end.

We asked to use our existing iron posts rather than getting new posts. Jack said that could be done and that they'd just cut them out of current porch and reset in the new concrete. This would have worked fine, but they didn't raise one side of the porch roof high enough and the post set too far in the concrete. The concrete started cracking a little after a few weeks. Jack was responsive in trying to make things right. They came back and cut a seam in the concrete to prevent additional cracking and ultimately we ended up with new posts with no additional costs to us.

We called Mr Turner first during late fall 2009. We decided to wait to have the work done in warmer weather, and had it done about May. They did a good job - the porch is rounded on one corner, and curved along that side - it looks very good! The work is a year old now, and shows no signs of any problems at all.

Overall the experience was excellent. Our patio is beautiful and Jack was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on his experienced.

I have used Jack in the past. They show up when they say they will, weather permitting and do the job from start to finish. I have referred Jack to a few other people that were happy with his work as well.

Jack has done other work for me in the past. He is a good guy and has great prices. He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done right the first time. Concrete is something I don't want to replace down the road. He poured concrete in pole barn, garage and front porch and now I'm going to hire him to pour my front steps and walks.
