Description of Work: J&J Waterproofing were called to brace my basement wall which had started to bow. They came in, set up, installed 9 beams and were cleaned up and out in less than 4 hours. The guys were friendly and sociable and knew exactly what to do. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing basement work.

Description of Work: The J&J Team was excellent. In giving an estimate, the owner took time to study the situation, and explained the diagnosis and proposed solution very clearly. When his team arrived to do the work, he showed me what they found in opening up the foundation of our basement. In less that 90 minutes they had opened up the floor, addressed the leakage issue, and laid a new cement floor where they had done the work. Great team and great service.

Description of Work: Jim came to our house to look at spots we had on our basement walls on a Friday night. He thought the problem may have been with the downspouts/drain outside, but the weather was too inclement for him to check that night. He came out first thing on Monday and ran water through our downspouts and determined that the spouts/drain to the curb were damaged/clogged and therefore water was running constantly down the outside of our walls. He determined that there was nothing structurally wrong with our walls, but we needed to get the drains/downspouts repaired. He referred us to a company that could help us and charged us nothing! Who does that in today's world? It was nice to meet someone who was honest in assessing our problem and was not there to just make a buck. I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.
