+ -1 moreAside from scheduling issues with Best Buy, after talking with the representative extensively over the phone, I did not get the impression that I would get the honest service that I need as opposed to being a target for sales and upselling. When I spoke to Moe for the first time, he was patient, honest, and detailed. He educated me on my best options. He came out to address my needs and provided a solution for outdoor monitoring of my home. There was an issue after installation which Moe and his team came back promptly to address. I am particular about who I hire and the quality of service: customer service, execution of the project, and reasonable pricing. I can honestly say that I would give Moe and his team a 10/10. I absolutely plan on using his services again.

+ 0 moreThey came to remove and replace my old cameras and put 2 new ones up. Found out that my new cameras extension cords wasn’t the right ones. So instead they ran new cords for my old cameras and got them working. They definitely went above and beyond to get me up and going. Very nice people and they was very easy to work with. I’ll definitely call them when I’m ready to have more cameras installed.
