+ 0 moreTheir very helpful rep scheduled an appointment, looked at the job and provided a sameday estimate on Nov 1. I asked how far out they are scheduling work, and he indicated they would be able to schedule within a couple of weeks. After obtaining additional quotes from other companies, I decided to hire Insulation Plus and on Nov 8, called the number on my written estimate. I was told my rep would contact me to schedule. When a week went by without hearing back, I reached out again and my rep finally informed me that the company owner had decided to suspend doing the type of work I need until April to focus their business on other types of work. Beware of this unreliable company!
