We signed up after talking with Tom, who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Then he set us up for a technician to come out the next day between 1-3pm. The next day Nate can by at 1:15pm and had us watch a company video that explained everything Nate would be doing during his visit. I loved that video because it not only explains what will be happening to you but also holds the technicians to the company standard as well. Nate was polite, professional and proficient. I look forward to our continued use of their services!

They called to see if the technician could arrive 1/2 early. YEA!! He showed up 3 minutes later. Tyler showed me a video that showed me what to expect in this treatment and the results I should see. We walked around the outside of the house to show where most of the infestation was in my yard and around the house. He put on his shoe coverings and came into our house to treat. I was worried because I have lost of clutter in the garage and basement and he was wonderful about working around everything. After the inside and outside treatment, Tyler explained all he had done. He told me to expect the insets to act crazy for a day and then they'd be gone. This was very helpful to let me know initially I may see extra activity, but that was to be expected. Tyler was very thorough, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Insight Pest Solutions.

We have used insight for about a year. On 2/25/15 my husband, myself, our tutor, and four children were home all day. We did not go out, and there was fresh snow with no signs of any tracks around our home, on all four doors leading into our home. The only tracks all day were from our car to the garage when one adult ran one errand. We had people in the main four rooms near the entrances all day until bedtime. Our children know whenever anyone stops by from a lawn service, or a meter reading, as well as us parents. That evening they send us a bill for pest services by email. We were infuriated! It was absolutely clear no one had been to our home. We even double checked from inside to the porch and patio and saw no footprints, no flyer, and no evidence whatsoever anyone had been by. Instead there was simply several inches of pristine snow. I waited to call the company for a week or so as we were really angry, and extremely busy with four young kids. Meanwhile while grocery shopping I bought ant traps and to take care of the pest issues in the three rooms we had. Then I called the company to complain. They disagreed that an error could have been made but asked if someone could come out again and re-spray for no charge. They strung us out on the phone, with apologies and excuses and I reluctantly agreed when they said someone would come by the next Thursday. Again, no one came! Instead we got another bill for the service that was not provided! We decided we have no faith in this company to keep their word or provide customer service. I called and asked them to please refund the bill for the day they were not here and take me off contract. I called the national number I believe. They stalled, and stalled, they gave me to a manager who apologized and said the local person wanted to talk to me. He called and said they would come like to come out. I declined and asked them to simply refund and take off contract, again they explained their GPS system can't be wrong and an error couldn't be made. We live across from a park and cars sometimes park across the street. With 3/4 of an acre and a fresh snow around our house I had to explain that perhaps he didn't get out of the car? The weather was extremely poor that week. I really don't know what their tech did that day, but I know we didn't complete the service. I also know they don't respect your time, or your word as a customer. Now it's been two weeks since I asked them to fix the error and they simply re-bill us again. I recommend never working with this company.

I had oriental roaches in the basement. The technician, Isaias, came out and treated the basement. He explained the process and a timeline for results. He also applied a preventative spray around the exterior of the house. Isaias was very courteous and extremely professional. He clearly takes his job seriously. He gave me tips to help prevention in the future. His service puts Insight ahead of the pack in my eyes. I will continue to use Insight and I will request Isaias for every appointment.

Went very well. He did the outside and then came in and applied treatment for bugs spotted.

They were out twice for the service. One technician came out for the job and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He knew how to use their product correctly. I had no problem scheduling their service.

Solved the ant problem - signed up for continuing service based on the results, professionalism and price

Justin is our service technician. He is always thorough, personable and professional - he cares about our home and taking care of it and knows what he's doing. When we have special requests like when we had a bunch of black ants, he takes an interest and seeks to solve the problem until it's taken care of completely and to our satisfaction.

the technician was very punctual and quick. he was also very personable and observant. he recognized we had a small child and asked appropriate questions related to our service to protect our child.

Crack and crevice, duster and handheld spreader of application of pest control material including de-webbing. The technician was very polite, friendly and informative about the products and method of application. The work was done in a timely fashion.

Insight Pest Solutions was to arrive on September 9, 2014, but never sent advance notice and never, to my knowledge, ever arrived. And, I never received an invoice. I called later that month because we had numerous stink bugs and several ant appearances. I was told that they treated the house on September 9. After going back and forth with the woman on the phone, I was finally told that the house wasn't treated. So, we scheduled a treatment for October 2. The technician arrived on time on the 2nd. He was professional and seemed knowledgeable. And, he told me that he did treat the house on September 9. Anyway, he treated the house again, and, told me that there was no treatment for stink bugs. He did say that they hoped to have a treatment in a couple of weeks. More than a week later, we still had stink bugs, so I called Insight to schedule another treatment specifically for stink bugs. The contract says that they will re-treat at no charge, if pest activity has not improved 10-14 days after treatment. Then, I was told that there would be an additional $50 charge to treat for stink bugs. I said that my contract indicated that there would be no additional charge. He said, that if I didn't want to pay the surcharge, I could tape clothes dryer fabric to my windows. And, that had shown to be sometimes effective in repelling stink bugs. That's when I began searching Angie's List for another pest control provider.

It went great! The technician was very professional and explained why he was applying the treatment and how the treatment would work. He showed up on time and listened to what my concerns were. He then went to work immediately and address all my concerns and treated for the Fall Quarterly. I highly recommend this company.

We had a terrible ant problem. They came and worked MAGIC. The ants are gone! They were very courteous and professional and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really well. Joel was our technician and he was extremely polite and accommodating. When he was "done" I brought up the fact that I had seen ants in several of the trees on the property. He asked me to point them out and after taking a look at them went back to work. Time will tell how effective the treatments are but in terms of initial service I was quite pleased. I also always appreciate a company that requires their employees to wear "booties" as we are ones to ask even our own family to take their shoes off at the door.

The technician was great. I'm always changing my requests because I keep adding vegetable gardens. And they always adapt to my needs.

I have had an 'A' experience with them. I would use them again.

Randy Parker was our technician today and was wonderful to work with. He too the time to answer any question I had. He was thorough and tailored the services to our individual pest issues. Very pleased to work with Insight Pest Solutions, and to have Randy Parker as our tech!

I always receive an email to notify me of the date the service will be performed. The technician, well- groomed, and well-dressed in professional and distinctly marked "Insight Pest Solutions" Uniform, arrived at the front door, and politely introduced himself. The service had been scheduled for an Exterior Treatment and De-webbing; however, I expressed my desire to also have the Interior Treatment as well; so Isaias took care of the garage and the interior as well, and I did not have to have a second appointment. The service from Insight Pest Solutions has always been Outstanding, Friendly, and Courteous.

It's what I expected...very professional and polite. Treated the kitchen, bathrooms, basement, and perimeter of the home. Did what seemed like a thorough job and explained what he was doing and what he saw while doing it.

Technician arrived right on time, was very friendly and professional. All services were ebbed as expected.

Our Service Technician was Alex Morrell. Alex explained in detail everything he would be doing. Because Alex had not previously been to our house, I spent some time with him showing him around and highlighting several areas where there may be some pest problems. He was very courteous, listened to everything I said and checked out all of my potential areas of concern. I also asked Alex several questions about the pest control service in general. He responded to all my questions. I never got the impression that Alex was trying to rush through the job and leave. He was very thorough. Alex is a very polite young man and before he left, wanted to make certain we understood what he had done and that were happy with the service. Alex is an asset to Insight Pest Solutions.
