They gave me suggestions on how to keep mice out of house. ie entry sites to fix. The bug spray has been effective. Will see better in the 10-14 day period when treatments are most effective. Our technicians were Terri and Dwight. They were very courteous, helpful, very insightful and explained everything they were doing. They were a pleasure to have visiting our home.

Great! The sales rep was good. We just recently moved into our home and he already knew our problems as the previous owner was also a customer. Our tech, Steve Miller, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process as he completed the treatment. I definitely understand how it works and would recommend their service. Ants have been slowly dying. Bye bye pests!

Curtis arrived at my home, looked things over carefully, and set traps to catch the pests. He has visited my home each day for the past three days to check traps. In one case, he noticed a defective trap and replaced it. He leaves notes on my front door after each visit letting me know how things are progressing. Very pleased!

Great. They come four times a year to treat outside so no insects come in. If some happen to enter--Insight comes and sprays inside too. After the last applications my sons laid plastic over the stones in the crawlspace. They reported that they did not see one insect. No ants or spiders or anything. Great job by Insight

The reps were about an hour later than what the customer service rep had scheduled us for. It wasn't an issue that day, but in the future could be a problem. They did a great job explaining where they would be spraying and kept our dogs in the safe areas.

Service provider professional and friendly.

It was great. She was on time and extremely friendly. Diana let us know when she was here and invited us to ask any and all questions we might have. She was very friendly and inviting. We would give her a 10/10 without a doubt. Very happy with her service.

I have had Insight Pest Solutions since moving to the area 5 years ago. I've always been happy with the service and everyone they've sent out to treat my home has been great--professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Here's the problem: since it became a larger company (maybe a year and a half to 2 years ago) the customer service from the administrative side is awful. I was unemployed last year and switched from a quarterly payment to a monthly payment. It was just easier at the time to budget monthly instead of the entire 3 months coming out at once. I set the auto payment up through my bank to reach the office about 3 days before the due date. However, accounts receivable may RECEIVE the payment before the due date, but didn't POST the payment until many days after the due date. Then, collections would call and leave messages regarding "my account" EVERY DAY until the payment was finally posted. They once even refused service to me because my bill was "past due" I have many auto payments set up for my bills and this is the only company I've ever had a issue with. I even called my bank to ask them how they make sure the payment is arriving by the due date I have chosen. The bank assured me it is. I've called Insight numerous times regarding this. I've explained that I am paying the bill on time each month, but I have no control over when their accounting department posts the payments. I'm finding a new pest control company because of this. Don't need this kind of harassment over something that is an INTERNAL ACCOUNTING PROBLEM.

Joey was our technician. He always takes the time to do a thorough job, explain what he did, provide tips for us as the homeowner, and ask if we have any questions or concerns. We appreciate the good service and with Insight's help, we have not had issues with pests and insects.

After both treatments we had several incidences of odorous ants and spiders inside our condo unit. When I called the provider to cancel service they advised me I would get invoiced a final charge of $115.00, which is half of the promotion discount for their initial service treatment. (In fairness to the service provider, they offered to inspect and provide specific treatment at my residence to remedy the problem; I declined this offer). I was shocked at this fee to a customer dissatisfied with their product and / or service. Seems like one last chance to get revenue from a now former customer. I have reengaged my former service provider, from whom we have had several past years of great service. Sometimes you get what you paid for!

I cancelled my program with them. They were coming around a few times a year. The last time they were here was early summer. We just felt like we were spending a quit a bit of money on the program and still seeing quit a bit of bugs in the house and we did not really see the value in it.

Terrible. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Chris Porro was my technician. Was very courteous and respectful. Introduced himself, explained the process, and asked if I had questions/concerns. Completed the interior/exterior treatment and followed up the appointment with specifics on treatment time frames. Also informed me that if we were to see any pests after that time frame the company will return free of charge for follow up treatment. I gave a B for punctuality. Appt was set for 4-6 but tech didn't show till after 6 with no call to explain he was running late. But was satisfied that he didn't need to reschedule and was able to complete the service the same day.

Austin was our technician. He was on time for the appointment and very courteous and professional. He explained the services he was going to perform and thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home for pests. He asked my wife and I if we had any questions or areas of concern so he could look into them during our appointment. Austin did an excellent job.
