Description of Work: Promised a re-application if needed and I scheduled them and they were a no show and no call to tell me they were not coming. Several attempts to reach them and they would not return my call when they said then would call me back. I cancelled all future applications .

Description of Work: A man from Insight knocked on my door and said I had to keep kids and pets in for TWO days because Insight was treating the "neighbors' property" for wasps. He did not indicate which neighbors or explain what the danger was. This makes me doubt Insight's claim that its products are "safe," and I have never had an exterminator go warn the neighbors about an insecticide, nor has an exterminator said there would be a risk for TWO days. And if Insight's just getting the wasps to move, it's not effectively taking care of the problem.

Description of Work: He came to determine how to rid my house of freuit flies. There were very few on the day of his visit. He could not determine a source of where/how these bugs got into my house. So he could do nothing. Said to keep checking to see if I could find a source & he would come back. I went out & purchased a fly paper type of thing & caught lots of those flies. I currently have one occasionally. I kill them when I see them.

Price is in line with other companies we have used in the past. We have just begun using Insight, and "so far, so good"!

Description of Work: They have a standard interior and exterior treatment. They also ask where you have seen bug intrusion. They treat any area you identify and then conduct there own standard treatment. |It has resolved our ant and most insect intrusion issues. |

Description of Work: Sprayed my gazebo for carpenter bees. Two times so far. Contract calls for spraying again in November and February. Waste of money since they just told me at the last visit that carpenter bees are seasonal, and of course there won't be any bees in Winter. But they would only do a year agreement. And I have to cancel it to keep it from rolling over to another year. In fact they didn't think what I had the second time (I had called them because I saw the bees were back) was carpenter bees until they saw them-- said they were usually gone by August.

Description of Work: They did a first of four treatments for the year. Clean, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Description of Work: We have signed a service contract calling for four (4) treatments over the next year. First application has been made and insects are not a problem. Very professional in both sales and application work. I have recommended this company to family and friends.

Description of Work: We had used Insight at our previous home as well for at least two years. They have always done a thorough job of treating for insects and are very knowledgeable and courteous. We had issues with ants and spiders mainly at our last home, but shortly after treatment began, we had great results. Now at our new home, we are just waiting for the treatment to run its course. Joy treated for ants, spiders, centipedes... Wiped away webs, baited and brought to my attention ways to make our house more "bug proof". I am very impressed with Insight (office staff and crews) and plan to continue with their services to maintain a bug-free home.

Description of Work: Sprayed for any infestation around outside of home. Knocked down any existing webbing. We will see as the season goes on, if spiders and ants are gone.

Description of Work: Sprayed for bugs around outside of house. Contract included spray inside of house, but after first outside spray, no bugs anywhere so we did not have them come in. Timely, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Isaias Cintron can out and did the maintenance of spreading the Stuff so that I do not get any spiders or insects in my house. He was very professional as always.
