Timely service (here when they said they would be), thorough, and professional.

Called ...left multiple messages requesting service for stinkbugs...each time the call rolls to voice mail. No returned call.

I wasn't at home and they only did some treatment on the outside of the house. I felt they didn't really do anything and just stuck the bill in the front door. They didn't follow up with me letting me know when they were coming back. They were supposed to call prior to coming, but I never received a call that I remember. They charged me $109 every time they come which is 4 times a year.

It turned out fine. We were impressed with their quick service to what we asked them to do. They were prompt, efficient, and got rid of the problem. I would use them again in the future.

They are doing a good job so far. They come each quarter to maintenance the outside of the home. They always let me know in advance when they will be arriving and they show up on time. I would recommend them to others. They will answer all my questions and check the areas that I ask about.

It has been good. They do what they say they are going to do, and when they say they are going to do it. I would recommend them to others. They use products that are not harmful to pets, and their prices are very reasonable. I contacted them one time and they never got back with me after I left a voice mail for them which was frustrating. They said they had some phone and internet issues.

They have been real responsive if we have problems pop up between the routine maintenance. They come about 4 times a years. I would recommend them to others. We have the same service man each time, and he knows about any issues we have had. I like the the same guy that comes each time.

We have had no issue with bugs inside the home and spiders have been hardly an issue except near back of property. They will come out to re-spray. Insight will also come in and spray your drains but schedules have not allowed to happen yet. That would be part of the package (it is for 1 year).

UPDATE: After 2 phone calls with the corporate office, Im happy to say that my issue with Insight have been resolved. Although I am happy with the outcome ... It should not be this much of a hassel to cancel a contract when you are not satified with the service. In July 2012 I signed a 1 year contract with Insight to do exterior pest control. The service begins with and interior spray and an exterior spray. On a quarterly basis the come back to your home and spray the exterior of the home. After 2 applications I had called to cancel (February 2013) the service because I was seeing bugs on the interior of my home that I had NOT ever seen prior to their service. They called and convinced me to allow them to try one more time to get rid of the new bugs. I had the same issue after that attempt... more bugs on the inside of my home then I had EVER seen prior to starting their treatments. I called to cancel once again and I never heard back from them so I assumed the matter was closed. Now, yesterday they have sent me a statement (which makes no since to me since I was on auto pay and which proves to me that they KNOW I cancelled the service) for a service they claim to have provided on June 28, 2013... which is not in line with all the other services (every 3 mos/quarterly) that I had been getting previously. The treatment should have been provided some time in MAY not June. It looks like a last ditch effort to bill me ONE MORE TIME prior to what would have been the end of my contract period. When I called this morning to speak to them regarding the matter, they claimed that they had no record or me cancelling my service with them. They claim that now they have closed my account. I would never recommend Insight... I'm not impressed with their product. There employees appear to be very nice but I was truly UNIMPRESSED with their service.

Salesman on the street sold us their quarterly service package. Stated they treat the entire interior of house, including the garage, and then provide a "barrier" around the outside of the house. Salesman and the initial service guy pointed out the old hornets nests and spider webs I had and stated all that would be knocked down and treated. After the first treatment, the service guy left and I walked around my house. Tons of hornets nests and spider webs remained all throughout my garage and screened in porch. Its as if he didn't even go in there. I called back to talk to them about it. Everytime I call, the folks on the phone are very friendly and professional, there's just no follow through. They sent a guy out again to re-treat the areas a few days later. Same guy came out and he was a bit abrasive with me. About 3 weeks later, I found spiders in the house. They stated that if you find insect in between treatments, to call and they will take care of it. They sent a different guy out who was very professional. Found more spiders I wasn't aware of. Then a week after that treatment, I found ants in my kitchen. Ugh. So I called back, was put on hold a bunch of times. They said they'd call back once they "figured out their system" to discuss it. That was about a week ago. No call back. And I still have ants. This just isn't the best service provider and I have to think there are better companies out there who's products work the first time.

The door to door salesman, was 'pushy'; needed more customer service training. Price comparison was not done, to determine if it was competitive with others in the industry.

After learning that they would not be able to reach the holes made by the carpenter bees, I cancelled the service and found another company who gave me excellent service. I would recommend using Cooks Termite and Pest Control. A family owned business of 33 years.

Insight was offering a deal for our street because several of our neighbors had ordered their services. It was a deal we could not refuse. We just moved in to our home 3 weeks ago and spent hours outside pulling dead plants and bushes. Unfortunately the beds were so overgrown that everytime we pulled something out a thousand bugs would scatter. It was awful. So, when Gregg stopped by we jumped on the offer thinking "how bad could it be". THEY WERE GREAT! The tech came out the very next day and was right on time (on July 4th). He sprayed inside and out, spread a granual treatment in the flower beds and yard, put a treatment under the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. He was clean, professional and punctual. We signed up for the quarterly service.

They are very friendly. They are very professional. They put down environmentally friendly pest control granules that won't harm pets. It seems to be very effective. We did not have a big infestation of anything. We had some stink bugs, spiders, and carpenter ants. We have not seen any since they did the treatment. The price was good.
